"Our stay at Be Poet Baixa Hotel in Lisbon was excellent. It’s a beautiful, small boutique hotel — very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere feels intimate and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city.
The location truly couldn’t be better. The hotel is right in the heart of Lisbon’s city center, on Rua Augusta — one of the main and most vibrant streets in the area. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and shopping stores, and it’s just steps away from Praça do Comércio, the waterfront, and many of the city’s main attractions. Everything is within easy walking distance.
The staff was extremely friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. We got there very early in the morning, and although our room wasn’t ready yet, they kindly stored our luggage and kept us informed. They even prepared the room a bit earlier than expected, which we truly appreciated.
They welcomed us with wine and traditional sweets from Lisbon, which was such a lovely and authentic touch. Breakfast is also available at the hotel, offering a convenient and enjoyable way to start the day before heading out.
Overall, the service was warm, professional, and accommodating. A fantastic stay in the very center of Lisbon — we would absolutely retur"

"Perfect location to the main square and all of Lisbon’s tourist attractions. Steps away from various metro stations too as well as 25 minutes to the airport. The rooms are spotless and modern.
