Guest Access:

- Please check with the concierge to arrange check in time. Depending on check in time keys will be provided by your concierge or by the on-site housekeeper. - Standard Check-in is at 15:00 pm and Check-out is at 11:00 am - Early Check-in/Late Check-out can be provided upon request and will be granted based on availability - Return keys to the on-site housekeeper at the time of check-out - failure to do so will result in a key replacement charge of USD 30 - For the entrance to the building, there is an additional fee of $17.000 COP per person.



The Neighborhood:

El Rodadero is an iconic seaside neighborhood located in the city of Santa Marta, Colombia. Getting Around:

The pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9 AM to 8 PM.

On Mondays the pool is under maintenance.

The Turkish bath is also open until 8 PM and the use per person is 1 hour.

* Mandatory registration: All guests must complete registration before arrival.

* Unaccompanied minors: Minors without a parent/guardian must present authenticated authorization.

* Early check-in / Late check-out:

 – Subject to availability.

 – Additional cost if approved.

 – Extending without authorization may result in a charge via Airbnb.



* Registration required 24 hours in advance.

‼️If you do not comply with the established registration times, entry on the first night is not guaranteed, and the guest will only be able to enter from night 2 onwards once the process is complete.

* Visitors are not allowed.

Payment of the entry fee

It is mandatory to pay an identification fee of 17,000 COP per person, through PSE or the payment link provided by the building, before entering the property.



This fee will serve as your identification as guests of the condominium and will give you free access to the social and/or common areas.
