Estancia agradable y tranquila

Al principo mientras se va llegando al hotel parece que uno va perdido porque tiene una calle destapada, sin embargo al entrar al lugar se encuentra que es muy acogedor, nos recibieron con un té de bienvenida, la habitación muy amplia, el mar aunque no es el mejor de la zona y en eso no tiene que ver con la calificación del hotel, es agradable, el desayuno es servido, no es tipo buffet por lo tanto en ese sentido un poco limitado, tampoco tiene parqueadero aunque hay uno a una cuadra y media 24 horas el valor es de 10.000 pesos la noche. Me parece que los televisores de las habitaciones pueden ser más grandes y sugiero que pongan música de ambiente cuando llegan los clientes. En conjunto un muy bonito lugar

der gipfel waren die sowohl am freitag, als auch am samstag stattfindenen hochzeiten/discoveranstaltungen, bei denen direkt links, sowie rechts von unserer terrasse riesige musikboxen aufgebaut wurden, die so laut musik bis in die fruehen morgenstunden spielten, dass das bett vibrierte und wir kein auge zubekamen. der nachtposten im hotel war nicht auffindbar.

Hotel with great view. Horrible service.

Let me start by saying we had an amazing time even with all the hotel issues. We arrived December 23, 2014, We ask for lunch and they directed us to the local mall. First hint of trouble. From Tuesday evening until 4 pm Christmas day we were alone at the hotel. That was fine except they had no food or drinks. We had to go to the store and buy lunch meat and bread and wine and drinks. This went on for 4 days. Oh we did ask for a good seafood place they sent us to the competition hotel just a few feet away. They had one guy stay at night and I quote the manager " sorry I had to let the staff go home since we were not booked" it is a 8 room hotel. Why would you not have staff on duty even if it was just myself and my husband. No where did it say if not booked to capacity no amenities. We had our stuff stolen from the fridge and they did take that off the bill for that. Again our stuff we bought. The kitchen was small and filthy so we only ate breakfast that we paid for twice. Again we paid for them and all they had were eggs and bread. They said they bought bacon, cheese and mushrooms on Wednesday but their guy told us NO. Our TV was broken and my husband finally had to help the maintenance guy fix it. Free internet yep for 3 days nothing Friday, Saturday or Sunday as we left to come home. It almost turned comical except I paid a lot of money and was not serviced. There was a room service book with lots of food and spirits just no food or spirits there to partake

Instalaciones muy buenas

Mejorar un poco el servicio pero las instalaciones son formidables. El hotel es exclusivo no hay muchas personas por lo cual se hace especial para descansar en paz y tranquilidad. La vista, el mar tranquilo y la comodidad son muy buenas.
