"My family absolutely loved our stay. Greeted with a smile and a warm hug. A very clean, quiet villa on the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Rome. There are multiple train stations near the area my family used to go into downtown Rome to enjoy the sites. Was nice to catch the train back nd spend time drinking wine and eating cheeses in the garden area. Kids loved the space and the grounds around the home. Planning on retuning in the near future "

"Abbiamo prenotato la struttura last minute per il nostro viaggio dei 100 giorni. Roberto è stato gentilissimo, la struttura è molto grande, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo passato 3 giorni indimenticabili. Arrivarci è anche velocissimo, arrivando da Roma abbiamo preso subito il raccordo, cassia ed effettivamente dentro la campagna viene fatto 1km con tutta strada asfaltata. Veramente comodo quindi da raggiungere. E' stata un'esperienza indimenticabile,...

"We had a wonderful stay right next to the famed Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting and near many great places to eat. About 30 minute drive from central Rome. "The property is stunning but Is not completely finished. The host was very nice and responsive. The place was very clean. The showers are extremely small and the basement has issues with dampness. A dehumidifier would help immensely. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay."

"We had a short stay with a large family group. The house was an old, fascinating building-but clean and functional.. Definitely good for groups who need some space to spread out. We enjoyed the garden terraces and the hot tub in the lovely spring weather. The location is close to the sights of downtown Roma, but removed enough to provide a peaceful respite after sightseeing."

"Isabella is a wonderful host and her on-site caretaker was extremely helpful. The house and property are huge but unfortunately all the pictures on VRBO were taken over 20 years ago. The kitchen is not a working kitchen and many repairs need to be done. However, the area is restful and there are wonderful restaurants nearby."
