"Awesome stay. Staff and most of the facilities are excellent. There is not enough shade at the Terrace or 3nd floor pool areas. The rooftop terrace bar and pool area was unbearably hot. "We used the tour service located in the lobby. We were told it included transportation to boat and then back to hotel. We we're abondoned when boat returned and had to find transportation back to hotel on our own. Don't use tour service!!"
