We didn’t know this so we’re surprised to not find a hotel representative anywhere when we arrived confused. Maria was fabulous when I found a number to call. "Very clean, well-equipped (except no hand soap in the bathroom), and spacious condo. Great for two couples since bedrooms are private at opposite ends of the condo. Driving up, the area is under construction so not pretty, but not noisy. Street looks a bit "shady" but owner ensured us it was safe. We felt safe after seeing all the people using the rental bikes outside our window. We were stressed about being asked to provide copies of our photo ID and to sign a document that is in Spanish.
