"This villa is stunning, immaculately clean inside and out and well laid out for an extremely comfortable stay. It is also very well equipped! We were visiting Costa Blanca to look for a future holiday home and the location was perfect, nowhere was too far away. It is only a short distance from the airport, approx 10 mins, but we were not disturbed by air traffic noise at all. Thank you to our hosts, who were exceptional, and couldn't have been more helpful, particularly in relation to response times to our questions and all the useful information shared."

"The hotel has great staff and it’s a very well run hotel. The rooms are comfortable and very clean . I would say my only criticism would be the breakfast eggs and bacon and beans were all cold . The breakfast looks great and there is everything you could want ."

"Excellent friendly hotel in a good location. Room including the bathroom was very good although the noise from the plumbing in the room above was a bit disturbing. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a very enjoyable stay"

"Overall the property was excellent, large rooms, exceptionally clean well equipped in most areas, and a sea view to die for, and we counted 5 swimming pools on the complex, perfect for families. We stayed for a 4 week winter period, which we think was a new experience for the host as the beds weren’t set up for the very cold nights. There were only sheets and a bedspread on the beds on our arrival plus one small blanket per bed in the wardrobe. However we purchased 2 duvets and that solved the issue. The host was very helpful, quick to respond and very proactive. So overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend it especially for families who like a quiet relaxed area."

"Arrived in the dark & struggled to open the electric gate – fob in the key safe! The 24-hour WhatsApp didn’t respond for 12-hrs. Villa lovely, although had major issues - electricity blew multiple times/day for 5 days first week. No response from WhatsApp (no number to call) - host was quick with emails. Said to reset meters but wouldn’t work. One night, this stopped working & had electricity only for fridges & fans (few worked). No air con in August was uncomfortable. Asked for additional fans - never came. After several asks, host sent an electrician who said we shouldn’t be flicking fuses on so often & said we were lucky not to have had a fire! Replaced box & we no problems for the rest of the stay. Large utility room & 2nd fridge freezer. Lots of supplies in kitchen, filtered tap & bottle of Rioja from the hosts. No oven gloves & one blunt knife. High spec villa; few scuffed walls & outside garden lights don’t work. No cleaner in 15 days stay & requested extra pool cleans as quickly turned murky. White clothes turned yellow. Pool temperature was great. Need taxis or hire car to get around as it is a decent walk into Santa Pola. Tried to book taxi - contacted 5 firms, none recognised address or had cars free. Uber – no chance! Lots of mosquitos & wasps – don’t walk on the grass in bare feet! Recycling & waste bins close to the villa - take all your own rubbish as there is not a collection."
