Beautiful, independent vacation home with pool in Gran Alacant. It has been cared for down to the smallest detail and has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a large terrace with wonderful panoramic views where you can relax in the sun. The house is located just 1 km from the Gran Alacant shopping center, where you will find supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars. And don't miss Carabassi Square, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca. To get to the beach you will need a vehicle. The access to the house has steps.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2026; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor private pool on site is open April - end October.
