  • The house is located in a gated community surrounded by lush vegetation and lakes. It is spread over three floors: the ground floor features air conditioning and a fan for the spacious living-dining room, a kitchen, utility room, and a guest toilet. The second floor has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and access to a terrace that leads to the third floor, where you will find the solarium. The house is fully renovated and includes a sofa bed. In the community, you will find gardens, lakes, four swimming pools, a multi-sport court, and a tennis court. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, right across from the Clot de Galvany Natural Park, where you can watch birds, take walks, or have picnics. The airport is only 15 minutes away. This is the perfect place to enjoy nature and tranquility, with all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday.
