Look forward to a successful vacation in this beautiful terraced house on the Costa Blanca.



This air-conditioned vacation home is spread over two floors and is ideal for a family with children who would like to spend a fantastic vacation together on the Costa Blanca.



On hot days, the large shared pool invites you to cool off. After a dip in the pool, you can start the day on one of the terraces with a delicious breakfast.



After a few hundred meters you reach the beautiful sandy beach and the sea, where you can spend relaxing moments sunbathing or swimming. Also within walking distance you can reach shopping and restaurants.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open all year.

Emplacement ideal

Appartement bien situé pour se rendre sur une très belle plage. Les piscines de la résidence sont sympas. Attention il est parfois difficile de se garer proche.
