Beach Gear: Includes 2 chairs, 1 umbrella, and assorted beach toys (condition not guaranteed).
Important Note: If renting a golf cart, it must be gas-powered and will use your 1 allocated parking space.

Navigating to and from 2 The Sea is convenient. You'll have parking for one vehicle in the open parking lot. Please remember that boats, trailers, and U-Hauls are not allowed. If you choose to rent a golf cart, it must be gas-powered and will use your designated parking spot. The closest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), about a 30-40 minute drive. From the condo, you can easily walk, bike, or drive to local restaurants and shops along 30A. Enjoy your vacation!

Overall good experience. Great location with easy access to the private beach. Condo is well stocked, beds are comfortable, but the rugs seemed worn or dirty.
Such a comfortable experience with the beautiful white beach steps away. The app was excellent for information.
Only a 1.6mi beach walk to Seaside, Bud & Ally's. Rosemary beach area very nice.
We had a great time at this beachside condo. The proximity to everything including beach, pool, restaurants, and groceries is perfect. Wouldn’t change a single thing!
We really enjoyed the property. We have stayed here 3 times and love the convenience of the property to the beach and shopping and eating places. The condo is well maintained and very clean.
Had a wonderful time here, The bathroom vent needs to be cleaned very thick dust and curtain rod for shower needs to be re enforced but yes Id stay here again in a heartbeat!! Will rent again for sure thanks Nancy!! Comfy bed too in master too!

Cozy clean condo
I love staying at the palms. This condo was very clean and the management had outstanding communication. I will be looking at book with this company in the future!
We had a wonderful stay at 2 The Sea! The location was perfect and the condo was the perfect size for a family of 3. Our daughter loved the bunk beds. It was great being directly on the beach. The chair vendors made it so easy with set up and take down each day. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean & Spacious
Loved this unit! It was a perfect place to stay for a beach vacation. The private beach access was so convenient. The unit was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi worked well, and the parking was easy. We would stay again!
Everything is exactly as advertised, and even better! If I have to rate it in scale of 5, I would give it 10! Thanks again for the wonderful stay! I am looking forward for another vacation in this property and definitely recommmend it to all my friends!
Loved our stay in Nancy's VRBO. It was a very short walk to the beach and did not have to cross the very busy 30A. Condo was very clean, well supplied and very comfortable.
Absolutely loved his condo. It had everything we needed and was easy access to the beach. Loved the Fiesta dishes and the decor of the whole condo. Bed was comfortable...we did not use the bunk beds, but they seemed very comfortable, even for an adult. The balcony furniture was very comfortable and made it fun to sit out in the evening. Everything was brand new and very nice.

Great Location
Great location, easy, private beach access. Updated unit, tastefully done, very clean. Kismet and owners of unit were very responsive when refrigerator was not working. Kitchen is well equipped. Washer/dryer and hair dryers in each bathroom. Lots of towels. Definitely recommend if you are a family of 4 or 2 single friends. Bunk beds in hall are comfortable, light, plug-ins for charging, and even a shelf to place glasses or even your glass of wine.
This is a quaint place tucked away on 30A beachside! The condo has been refurbished and is clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and our teenager loved biking to Seaside every day with friends!
