Your Space
The bright, open living area features wood flooring, soft coastal accents, and comfortable newer furnishings in neutral tones. Three sets of floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light while showcasing beautiful Gulf views. Large glass doors lead directly to the balcony, keeping the Gulf in view whether you're relaxing inside or stepping out to enjoy the coastal breeze.

The fully equipped kitchen features black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. Prepare everything from quick breakfasts and beach-day snacks to family dinners, then gather at the dining table with seating for four. The breakfast bar provides four additional bar stools for casual meals and drinks. The open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, while a separate laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer adds extra convenience throughout your stay.

Step outside onto the oversized private balcony, one of the condo's standout features. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
