On the first level you will find a large open living room, game/poker table, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Just outside the dining area french doors is a covered outdoor living area with a flat screen TV. "Sea Breeze" also features a king guest bedroom on the main floor with a custom built, pull out trundle cot. This room has brand new mattresses, new decor, new bedding and a wall mounted flat screen tv with an amazon fire-stick. The guest bathroom with shower is right off from the living room area. The second level features an en suite king master with wall mounted flat screen and a bathroom with a dual sink vanity, large soaking tub and walk in shower. The bathroom gives access to the second level covered deck with table and 4 chairs overlooking the back yard and outdoor gathering area. The guest bath with walk in shower is just a few step down the hall from the laundry and the guest queen bedroom which has access to the second level covered deck. The queen bedroom also has a flat screen tv. The third level is a tower sleeping area great for kids and is filled with wall to wall windows, a mounted flat screen tv, a queen platform bed and a twin daybed.

All items must be brought in every evening. "Leave no Trace" on the beach. Closest public beach access is "Lake Causeway #41" 5173 W Co Hwy 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. There are 5 parking spaces at this location. The next closest is "Palms of Dune Allen East " 4925 W Co Hwy 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459, this is an access point only with no parking.
