THE HOUSE
We’ve thought of everything so you don’t have to! This new well appointed home easily accommodates multiple families (16 guests) with 7 bedrooms consisting of 6 king suites and 1 twin bunk room (4 beds) as well as common living spaces and balconies on each of its 3 levels. Relax in the optionally heated private pool or hop in the complimentary 6 seat street legal golf cart and find yourself on one the best white sand beaches in the world within minutes.

Amenities such as 6 brand new YOLO beach cruiser bikes, 12 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 10 ft beach canopy, beach toys, corn hole boards, board games, and smart TVs throughout will ensure a fun filled 5 star stay!

Equipped with stainless steel high end kitchen appliances, 2 Keurig coffee makers (pot & K-cups), beverage fridge, gas grill, 2 separate washers/dryers, 1GB WiFi, and cable TV, Rad Time Off provides all the comforts of home.

Our home is also very family friendly. We are happy to provide a high chair, 2 booster seats, a mini crib, a pack-n-play, and 2 baby gates.


ABOUT THE AREA
Our home is near Gulf Place perfectly situated between Blue Mountain Beach and Dune Allen Beach. You will be minutes from a plethora of restaurants including Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Papa Surf Burger Bar, Goatfeathers, Vue on 30a, and Stinky’s Fish Camp just to name a few. Satisfy your sweet tooth with ice cream at Pecan Jacks, Ice Cream Shoppe, or Blue Mountain Creamery after dinner! Grocery options include Publix (less than 2 miles) and Walmart (less than 5 miles) for those times you’d rather eat in.

Nearest access is Ed Walline Regional Beach Access which has parking, bathroom facilities, and lifeguards. Additional beach access points include Gulfview Heights Regional Beach Access, Spooky Lane (no parking), Fort Panic Regional Beach Access, and Dune Allen Regional Beach Access.
