The perfect place for a Sea Esta!

Our beach home is located in Cassine Village, a lovely community in Seagrove Beach right across from the ocean on 30-A. It’s just a short walk to the beach with easy access. The neighborhood amenities include 2 pools, 2 tennis courts with pickle ball, a nature trail, a private lake with fishing and picnic areas, and a basketball goal. There’s always something to do in Cassine!

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, his & her closets, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a flat-screen TV, and it offers private access to the second full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a larger flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray/DVD player.

The kitchen, dining area, and family room are a wide-open space to enjoy some downtime and relax. There are French doors separating this area from the bedrooms. The family room has a large flat-screen TV with Blu-ray/DVD player. There is also a queen sleeper sofa with a second full sized sofa for plenty of seating. The dining area offers a fun bistro-style table with seating for six, and the breakfast bar has another four barstools to seat a total of ten. The kitchen is stocked with granite countertops, stainless appliances, large pantry, tons of cabinet space, and all the chef's tools you need to enjoy a nice meal after a full day at the beach.

A large screened in porch in back faces the wooded area surrounding the private community lake. It has a comfy pit group sofa & coffee table, along with another bistro-style table with seating for four. It’s a wonderful place to sit and relax, read, enjoy a cup of coffee, or play games with the family. Just off of the screened porch is a patio area with another table for four, and a large four-burner grill for cooking all the fresh seafood you want. This is all in addition to the cozy front porch with seating for four.

Other amenities include free wifi, washer/dryer, beach chairs & umbrellas, a trellis to shade your car, and a large outdoor storage closet for storing any of your other beach stuff or bicycles.

Seaside Beach is an easy bike ride, as well as the Publix grocery, Tom Thumb, and many restaurants. 'Goatfeathers' is across the street from the neighborhood for some fantastic fresh seafood. The entrance to Cassine has a Mexican restaurant, a pizza place, an ice cream shop, and a shop for beach toys and other items.

You won't find a better value this close to the beach! We hope you visit Sea Esta and fall in love with it as much as we have!

Family vacation

Always wonderful!

I’m not even sure what year we are on, but I believe this was the 8th or 9th year at SeaEsta. It was a perfect 10 days and SeaEsta did not disappoint. The beach was great, the pools were great and the house is great. The owners are wonderful and will respond almost immediately if something comes up. We already booked again for next year.

This house is a perfect place. the screened back porch is a highlight of the house. I would come back to this house anytime I can. Stephanie was a great host. if I could rate this a 20 out of 10 I would.

Great spot

We loved our stay! Very cute neighborhood that felt tucked away, but was still a super easy walk to the beach (our 3 year old could walk the whole way no problem). The house was perfect for our family of 5. Walking distance to some restaurants and a short drive to Seaside, etc as well. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Perfect beach vacation!

Sea Esta had everything our family needed for a perfect week at the beach. We have been going to Seagrove Beach for several years now, and this was by far our favorite beach home.

The house is awesome! Very clean, very close proximity to the beach entrance and some great food.

Sea Esta, a little piece of heaven!

This was our second time staying in this wonderful little house. It is decorated so nice, with a well stocked kitchen, and the location is great! The neighborhood is awesome and the owner is so nice to deal with. We look forward to making it an annual trip!

House is well appointed. Bonus was all the beach supplies, beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas. All good quality and we used daily. 2 beach bikes were also fun to use down 30a. Beach access is easy and close.

Great property for a beach week!

We had a wonderful week at this charming beach house. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We rented a golf cart and hardly used our car at all. We hope to return to Sea Esta!

Relaxing, fun trip with our family

Took my toddler to the beach for the first time and it was such a memorable trip. We loved the screened in porch, sunsets at the beach, and taking walks in the lovely neighborhood. We also thought the pool area was really peaceful and nice for the size!

Absolutely perfect - can’t imagine staying anywhere else. This home is open and has fantastic light - and the accommodations are super homey. The back screened porch is where every morning is spent - best way to start the day!
