Everything with the property was great. The private/public beach situation is quite annoying. Definitely has us rethinking whether or not we want to come back (been coming for 20years).

Nice place and location

The rental property was nice and clean inside. It was located convenient ly to public beach access.We were disappointed in how empty it was. Very minimalist with bedroom furniture and nothing beyond pots, pans, plates and silverware. Be prepared to bring Everything you will need… extra toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper, etc And anything for the beach, including chairs, towels, etc.The location is near a pond with noisy frogs, etc. if you’re a light sleeper, be prepared.
