The house sits on a cul-de-sac just 86 steps from one of multiple private neighborhood beach accesses. No public streets for the kids to cross to get to the beach, or beach crowds to fight with the help of a neighborhood beach attendant during high season! At the same time, the private beach is right next door to the public beach access at Gulf Place/Ed Walline Park, with full use of its amenities, including flag warnings, a lifeguard/first aid station, and wheelchair ramp access to the beach.

And with all the beach gear this house includes, all you'll need are your swimsuits and sunscreen! The property comes with free daily set up by La Dolce Vita beach service upon request of 4 free beach chairs (with footrests) and 6 free umbrellas (with which you can use additional chairs we provide with the house) on the private beach from March 1 through October 31, 2025, as well as towels, backpack beach chairs, a full-size cooler, a beach buggy, beach toys, and more--all for your use.

Nestled between the private white sand beach and adorable Gulf Place Town Center, you'll be away from it all and in the middle of everything at the same time. This fantastic community is just steps from some of the best beaches in Florida and is simultaneously surrounded by great eateries and local eclectic shops. No need to drive to the beach or restaurants! Home is just down the road from amazing shopping centers like Grand Boulevard, the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, and grocery stores as well.

Come alive listening to great live music at Shunk Gulley. Restaurants and local eateries abound in Gulf Place. Enjoy one-of-a-kind eclectic artist galleries and shops. Get your Growler filled at Growler Garage 30A, while the kids have a blast at the local arcade or enjoy Pecan Jack's incredible candy/handmade chocolate & ice cream shop. All of the shops and restaurants are just steps away, with fun for the whole family. No golf cart or car is required to explore any of it! (But we do have room for a golf cart should you rent one, and an easy-access charging outlet on our front porch.)

Your home away from home has space for multiple families to enjoy for long periods, with entertainment for everyone. This home is geared toward family fun! Plenty of kids' toys and activities, with a TV in the kids' room with an extensive kids' Blue Ray/DVD library with Blue Ray player in the kids' bedroom and the living room, as well as books and family games--from Giant Jenga, Spikeball, and regulation Cornhole to Nerf guns, Lightsabers, and Laser Tag, to board games, playing cards, puzzles, and chess--will bring everyone together to make hilariously wonderful, close and lasting memories.

Bright Sunshiny Day is just moments from some of the best restaurants on Scenic Hwy 30A, but when you and your guests want to stay in, you'll have a gorgeous remodeled kitchen in which to prepare meals. The large kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances and is fully equipped with all of the pots, pans, Sabatier knives, bakeware, cutting boards, and dishes you could need, as well as an InstaPot, cookbooks, crockpot, stock/shrimp pot, and a spice cupboard, to truly enjoy cooking and sharing a meal with family and friends.

The first floor enjoys 2 adult bedroom suites -- each with comfortable, large beds, including one gorgeously plush king bed and one BeautyRest PressureSmart queen bed, each with an adjustable base. Both bedrooms have en suite baths, ceiling fans, beadboard walls & vanities w/engineered stone countertops. Each bedroom also has a streaming TV. One first-floor bathroom has a full bathtub, and the other has a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and we supply linens and towels--no need to bring anything from home but your toiletries! The first floor also includes a laundry room with a Samsung washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, so you never have to worry about running out of clothes.

Upstairs you'll find a spacious, open-concept living area with a kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar, living room, and oversized outdoor deck overlooking the gorgeous main beach at Gulf Place. The living room sports a large Roku smart streaming TV, and a hi-speed wireless internet cable modem/router for wifi service throughout the house, as well as a DVD collection suitable for the entire family which even includes Baby Einstein and Bob the Builder collection for the little ones. There are plenty of games and a large dining room table perfect for family game nights. The breakfast bar provides extra seating for your family meals to dining seating to accommodate 12 people, and the living room is large enough to include 2 ceiling fans. The kitchen comes fully equipped with practically every conceivable cooking utensil. The home's coffee bar has both a Keurig and a standard brew coffee pot.

The large wrap-around porch off the living room provides a perfect location for keeping an eye on the kids in the private pool while relaxing in the gulf breeze, viewing and hearing the beach and Gulf from the deck, and has a propane BBQ grill and a Pit Barrel Smoker! The second-floor oversized deck also has a fire table perfect for making s'mores in the cooler months.

A second master suite is located on the second floor and includes a king-size bed with a BeautyRest PressureSmart plush mattress with an adjustable base, and an en suite, newly renovated bathroom with double sinks, granite counters, full bathtub with shower, and private balcony.

The recently remodeled top-floor tower room is an ideal kids' retreat with 2 sets of bunk beds (with a double bed on both the top and bottom of each bunk) and a twin day bed with a small pull-out twin trundle, a TV/gaming station with seating, a streaming TV and Blu-Ray player. Kids tower sleeps up to 6 kids (or 5 kids and 1 adult), and has its own half bathroom.

The home also comes with plenty of items for little ones to use to avoid having to bring them, including: Pack-n-play, standing floor bouncer, twin air mattress and egg crate foam, two chair-strap booster seats, diaper changing mat, bibs, potty seat topper, toddler utensils & plates, water life vests and bicycle helmets (kids & adult size).

There are beach and pool toys, board games, paperbacks, and an extensive collection of movies at the house to make a fun family night every night!

We spoil our guests by using an exceptional cleaning service before and after your stay that ensures you do not have to do the cleaning work before checking out. We believe you should NOT have to spend your last day of vacation cleaning, vacuuming, and doing laundry! Our post-stay cleaning service handles all of the bed stripping, washing, and making of beds, and other cleaning so that you barely have to do anything before you check out. We want you to leave more relaxed than when you arrived!

We also try to be accommodating as possible with all early check-in and check-out requests made in advance, and let us know if you need to make multiple payments to book. We are happy to help make this process as easy as possible for you. We do not charge extra for early check-in, when available.

The pool can be heated during the cooler times of the year as well. Please just let us know if you want to opt in to ensure the pool is at 88 degrees for your stay. Heating the pool during the coldest months runs an additional $35 per day, or an additional $25 per day in spring/fall, plus local & state tax of 12%. This fee can be handled separately from booking. Please just let us know at least 10 days in advance of your stay if you decide you would like to heat the pool.
