Great home in a lovely location

We found the house exactly as described in the listing. The house was well equipped and clean with plenty of space for the 5 adults and 6 children under the ages of 13. The screened back porch was a great space. The kids ate their mills out there, played, and watched TV when we weren’t at the beach. They really enjoyed that space. We had all the ports and essentials to have a shrimp boil for dinner and we used the grill as well. The kids loved the bikes and riding them around the neighborhood. We were very pleased.

Beautiful, well appointed home

The home was excellent- very well maintained, and exceptionally stocked with anything we could need or imagine needing. We had really nice family time on the front porch in the evenings. The community was quiet and felt safe. First time to stay in this area on 30A. It was a little further from things we typically like to do, but golf cart helped immensely once we got our bearings and figured out logistics.

Beautiful House and Neighborhood- Comfortable Stay!

We loved our stay at Beaches Be Crazy! The house is beautiful and a great layout. It backs up to the forest and has a pond off to the side in the back- very peaceful! Loved having coffee in the morning out on the back porch. The golf cart and bikes were a hit and put to good use! The neighborhood is great. It’s quiet and the trails are nice. Publix is right outside the neighborhood which was very convenient. The house is set back further in the neighborhood which we liked because there wasn’t a lot of traffic that came by. We were also across from the basketball/pickle ball courts which was nice. Parking is tight especially if you have a big vehicle (we drove a Suburban) The driveway is pretty narrow. We parked across the street where there are a few parking spots and never had a problem. The pool area is nice, plenty of room. Overall we had a great experience and definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Disappointing

Beautiful home and nice location, but management company was disappointing. On arrival check in said to use the door code on the side entrance. There is no side entrance! I should have said go in through the garage door. On arrival there had been a storm and half the house had no electricity, which I can understand, but the "emergency" message feature should not take over an hour to answer. Then we found roaches in the kitchen. TV remotes missing and TVs not functional. The final night the golf cart stopped working and I was stranded on the side of the road, leaving messages on the "emergency" message feature. They did not answer or respond for over an hour. Paid premium price for poor service.

Family vacation

From the very beginning, we were all thrilled with the house. It is just beautiful ! The owners thought of everything. Bags and chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Every kitchen appliance and cooking utensils were there. We had a great time. Thank you so much!!!
