The condo had some issues. The front door gap between the lock and door frame is terrible. Thats a security issue. The towel rack in the shower is damaged, proposing an injury risk. The cleanliness of the exterior of the front door is terrible. Fire extinguisher was under the sink and not in the closet that was labeled extinguisher inside, OSHA risk! Lack of communication. Some switches on walls do not control anything. The front door lock gap issue and the damaged towel rack is a main concern, this will cause a serious event in the future. Other than these, the property is a great location and serves as a mid point to all attractions.

INHUMANE MANAGEMENT decisions in an emergency!!

We arrived on Sunday night at the approach of the worst winter temps and most anticipated snow fall in history and the management REFUSED to refund our second night. A 10% discount on a future stay was offered. We had to evacuate after 10 hours in the condo on a two night stay and they stubbornly would not even allow us to speak to upper level management to plead our case. HOW INHUMANE!! For a lousy $150 and loss of my future business!!
