This 3rd floor open floor plan condo is fully furnished with luxurious finishes including custom floors, wainscott, and beautiful granite countertops. The master bedroom features a king size bed, two walk in closets, a walk in shower, and access to the balcony. The 2nd guest bedroom contains a queen size bed, closet, and sits right off of the hall full bath including tub. The third guest bedroom features a full bed and shares a full hall bath. This unit has plenty of natural light. Swing on the custom bench while enjoying the sunrise and sunsets on your spacious balcony. This unit is perfect for a family, girls trip, guy retreat, or a weekend getaway by yourself .

Great Location
The apt was located in a great area. The private beach acess was fantastic. Also highly recommend The Perfect Pig.
Although the unit did need some cosmetic TLC, the location more than made up for us. It was such an easy walk to the beach, and so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The unit itself was spacious with plenty of room for 6 adults. An added bonus was being able to see the ocean from the balcony. If you plan to cook, be prepared, as there is not much in the way of cookware or serving ware.
Very nice condo very spacious. Had a couple of minor hiccups but the owner was very kind an took care of the in reasonable time!! If I was going back to Florida I would defiantly try and stay there again!!
Great area, short walk to the beach, and such a beautiful condo. The Perfect Pig Restaurant was just below the condo along with so many great amenities and shopping. The best part was the relaxing atmosphere and people that live and working in 30A location.
We enjoyed a wonderful week at the beach with our family at this condo! The porch had a great view of the street, and the beach access was right across the street. Condo was clean and stayed cool during the Florida heat!
Property was as advertised. Convenient to stores/restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely use the property again. Great restaurants in the area.
Location was awesome. We loved the size and layout of the condo and the fact that it was pet friendly was awesome! The pool is also a plus. A little TLC would make it a 10! We would definitely stay there again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay over New Years!! The condo was clean, all the beds were very comfortable (I think they all might have had new mattresses). This is not always the case so this was a great plus!! We will definitely look into the availability of the condo again. The owner was also very responsive with details on check in. He even called me prior to our arrival. Highly recommend!!

Will never stay here again. The elevator was broken since 8/25 and had to climb 4 flights of stairs with a bad knee. It was an awful 4 days. This is not a "newly furnished condo" as advertised. The sofa/chair so stained we had to cover with blanket. The deck furniture was terrible and no way you could sit and be comfortable. Many more pics taken but your email only allowed for 8.
The condo was in a perfect location, beach access was super close and easy with the gate. The balcony was beautiful with a peek ocean view, however as others have noted the balcony furniture was very old and not very functional. A table for eating or bar height chairs so you could enjoy the view would be more ideal. The kitchen was well stocked and the family room and dining room areas were comfy and much bigger than expected. The host was quick to respond to any questions. The condo was perfect for our group and we had a great stay.
The property was double booked. After multiple attempts to contact the host with no response we contacted vrbo. After 2 hours after what was supposed to be our check in time we found out the listing was already booked through another platform. Finding a new place as a family of 5 during the busiest week of spring break was less than ideal and extremely difficult.
Host is totally unresponsive. We drove all the way to the property and she canceled the booking 2 hours before check-in. She double booked and didn't feel the need to let anyone know. Apparently she has done this multiple times and would not recommend booking. VRBO put us in a hotel for one night and told us to figure out what to do after that.
I tried to call the host message her and text her multiple times for her confirmation of a non double booking because she has done it before. She responded to 0 of those calls, text, or messages.. She didn't as much apologize at all. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.
The property was overall in pretty good shape. Only a couple of things were messed up that I felt like should have been easy fixes. When we arrived I noticed that the bath towel rack in the bathroom had been ripped off the wall and there was just one bracket on the wall with no rod. Also the front door dead bolt lock assembly on the inside of the door felt like it was about to fall off/apart which was a little disturbing because that was the only way to lock our belongings in the room. Also below the front door handle there was a random I would say about a half inch hole that was drilled all the way through the door from the outside to the inside. Again didn’t necessarily feel safe not knowing what the purpose of that was. And I don’t think this is a direct reflection of the property host but Thursday morning at 9:00 am someone came beating on our door like they were the police. I answered the door to find a man standing there with no credentials on, nothing on his shirt as far as a company logo, or anything. He never introduced himself or said who he was but only said “we are doing an annual sprinkler head inspection and the inspectors will be here in a second, they are in the room next door.” Then he just walked away. The “inspectors” 4 of them came into the condo. They asked me if they could go in the bedrooms to which I told them “absolutely not, my wife and kids are still sleeping in their rooms.” Would have been nice if there was some kind of early info about that.

Smoke alarm went off when opening oven. Icemaker did not work. 2 microwave ovens. One of course was not working. Lamp shade fell off lamp each time you tried to put it on. Only 1 remote worked for the 3 televisions. Shower door did not shut. Overall cleanliness was not good. Handprints on doors.
