This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A is directly on the Gulf with a beautiful community swimming pool. This house also has private deed beach access for you personal enjoyment.

Sea Haunts #2C is the perfect gulf front getaway for the family who wants to be right on the beach. Just 20 steps out the backdoor and you will have your toes in the sand. The balconies and master bedroom present amazing gulf views, this fabulous vacation townhouse provides total comfort and gorgeous furnishings.

Your family will appreciate all the personal decorating touches, and the well thought out and simply lovely floor plan this home away from home offers. And talk about gulf front, from either indoors or out on the deck, you'll feel like you can reach out and touch the Gulf of Mexico! Once discovered, Sea Haunts #2C will quickly become a vacation favorite place!

The home is perfect for either one multi-generational family or two families to share. There is one king bedroom on the first floor along with first bunk room. On the second floor you will find the living area and kitchen along with a gorgeous view of the gulf from the balcony. Then finally the third floor features and additional king bedroom along with the second bunk beds. Walk 20 feet to the beach then shower off in the outdoor shower and walk 20 yards to the gorgeous community pool. The best of both worlds.

Overall our experience was great! We had 4 adults and 2 kids so the split level was nice. The location and access to the beach is why you stay here for sure! We were able to walk to restaurants and coffee. A short drive to other restaurants as well. 2 things that were frustrating were the guidebook, Vrbo pictures and other reviews all showed bikes included and when I contacted the management they say they weren’t but offered to bring some due to the miscommunication. They were never brought and we just didn’t bring it up again. Secondly, I asked if a pack and play was at the rental and was told no so I ended up having to rent one. When we got arrived there was one in the downstairs bedroom. That was annoying to ask specifically and have already rented one. I understand it was maybe left by someone else but it would’ve been easy to check and let us know. We rented beach chairs from Coastal Rentals which was a great experience. The pool is close and nice. Parking and gate entrances are easy. We couldn’t work the TV for a few days until we found the remote in the chair cushions but other than that they all worked too. The second floor balcony was a little wobbly which was okay but we had to be sure kids weren’t too close to it. We made some fun friends who also stayed in the rental next to us and enjoyed the beach every day. We would stay here again just knowing there might be a few small inconveniences.

Beautifully decorated beachfront townhouse was well appointed and comfortable. We especially loved the view from all 3 balconies and the outdoor shower. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated and the jack and Jill upstairs bathroom was very convenient.

Beach Heaven

You could not find a better location. You walk out the door and your feet are in the sand. The views are incredible! The furnishings are great and there’s plenty of room for extras. There is lots of food and shopping nearby. The beach is not crowded because it’s a private beach. The chair setup guys are very nice. We will definitely be back!

Great spot

We were looking for a place on the gulf for my my family which included small kids and lederly granparents. We were looking for a place that wasn't going to be overrun with spring break partiers but we didn't want to be completely isolated either. This place was the perfect location. - Right on the beach- Multiple balconies with ocean views- Outdoor shower which was great coming back from the beach- Walkable to all the restaurants/shops in the area- Right on the bike path and an easy ride to Grayton Beach- Parking was right in front of the unitOwners/mangers were very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Place to Stay

Beautiful well appointed beach home

I loved this townhouse. It is well decorated and much better stocked than other places I’ve stayed. The kitchen equipment was great and the little amenities were fantastic. I appreciated the soft linens and towels as well. The stairs were a bit challenging for our small kids but it turned out fine. I loved the keypad entry and the high deadbolts which are ideal when you have small kids. These owners are clearly thoughtful. The back porch was great for stashing beach equipment. We added some seasonings to the little stash, ready for the next family. We will be back!

Terrific experience…would stay again

The location of the house was perfect. To stay this close to the beach was exactly what we were hoping for when we booked it. The house is a bit dated but had everything that we needed. Loved the shower outside so that we could wash off the kids. The area was very safe as we were in a gated community. The pool location was also very close, maybe 75 yards away from the front door. The only annoying part of the stay was that a key fob was needed to get in and out of the pool. This seemed to be a newly implemented change. One key fob meant that we spent a lot of time waiting for people to return. In the grand scheme of things it was an inconvenience but not a huge one. Fridge and ice machine take a bit of time to get going. Especially when you are first stocking up. The dryer (basement floor) takes a long time. We had to run each dry cycle twice for towels or other clothes. Again not a huge deal as long as you plan for it. Would absolutely stay again. Can’t beat location (proximity to beach and town).

Nice spring break

Location wonderful. Access to beach and pool was great! The property management company was wonderful as well - very responsive when things came up. Giving 4 stars due to the maintenance issues that did come up — we had an oven/stove issue (which was resolved within hours) and a water issue (someone was there within hour). Again, property management was great but there were just some quality issues in the home that ideally we wouldn’t have had to deal with in first place. All that said, we would stay here again.

Great Week of Sunshine

Great Property and Great Location. The condo is right on the beach with great ocean views. It's also about a 5 min walk to downtown Santa Rosa where there are shops and restaurants. The pool is really nice as well. Overall I loved the location!! My only complaints are the beds downstairs are not the most comfortable. The upstairs King was great. The couch in the living room is also not the best. We shared the place with another family so there were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 Kids. Plenty of space. I would stay here again as long as I was sleeping on the upstairs King.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Seahaunts 2C, we couldn't have asked for a better location. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat!!! Our family enjoyed the proximity to dining, shopping and entertainment (everything we needed was within walking distance).

Great location

It was just steps from the beach which made it great for little ones. Community pool was nice and clean. House was clean and well equipped for cooking. Definitely would stay here again!

Spectacular location right on powder-white sand and turquoise water!

Such an incredibly gorgeous surprise to arrive to this location and discover that it was ten times more gorgeous than the pictures describe. You are less than five feet from powder-white sand dunes that lead you to stunningly turquoise waters. They have an outdoor shower for keeping the sand from filling your sheets, sand toys for the kids, filtered water and ice from the fridge, pots and pans, wonderful seating for the whole family and an incredible pool/hot-tub to enjoy for when folks want to warm up. We would love to come back knowing we have found a gem in 30A!

Amazing location!

The unit was clean, comfortable and amazing location. This was our second time at this unit and will continue to come back! We had 4 adults and two kids and the unit is stocked very well with everything we needed for the kids, high chair, bed rail, books, puzzles, beach toys and more!

Right on the beach

Wonderful location with a very short walk to the beach and less than a 10 minute walk to great restaurants (Shunks!). Major win: very short walk to the beach and beautiful view of the ocean from the unit. Only negative is the entry to the beach is in the bedroom on the bottom floor, along with the washer and dryer. I would definitely recommend this unit for a single family or 2 families very close and don’t mind sharing the room to the beach :) we will definitely be back!!

Stayed twice

We love the area that these units are in and have stayed at two different units. This unit was our favorite for sure. The beach is not over crowded and it’s a family friendly area. This unit came with 4 bikes, the kitchen had everything you could imagine needing. Even had a baby high chair, and and hair dryers in every bathroom, lots of left over beach toys etc.

Great location!

Can’t beat the view. This unit was nicely equipped. Only negative was the dishwasher was broken when we arrived as there was a sign. Stayed broken the whole week. Seems like it should have been fixed or replaced given the price to rent.

Wonderful location and property

We have stayed here twice now and you can’t beat being right on the beach. The house has everything we need to enjoy our stay and the check in and communication with the rental agency was excellent.

General feedback to help with next time

We love staying at Sea Haunts, and have stayed at multiple units within the complex over the years. I did appreciate that there were bikes included with the rental and the kitchen utensils and supplies were well stocked. As an area of improvement, the master bedroom drastically needs refurnishjng for the price paid - the bed was two full size mattresses pushed together and the mattresses were uneven and needing replacement. The bedroom furniture needs an upgrade as the dressers, etc. are falling apart. The sheets were mismatched and not very good quality, and there was only one pillow for each person. Lastly, we had to buy additional toilet paper as there was only one spare roll per bathroom, which did not last the entire week with 6 guests. Overall it’s a great unit, but it could be even better with some investment in bedroom furniture and bedding.
