Little darlin', it's been a long, cold, lonely winter
Here comes the sun, and I say it's alright!

Pinkie Flamingo loved living in Florida…the Sunshine State delivers the sunshine factor on a regular basis. “It's pretty much always sunny here!” As a native Floridian AND a Leo, Pinkie was in her element with an average of more than 240 days of sunshine per year. Today was no different as Pinkie zigged and zagged along the coastal highway in her hot pink Gem cart looking for her newest guest nest… Here Comes The Sun.

Composed of a diverse array of charming beach communities and quaint eclectic neighborhoods, the beaches along Florida Scenic Hwy 30A in South Walton County in Northwest Florida have a collective appeal to just about everyone. Each of the sixteen neighborhoods has it's own unique style and affords a different vacation experience.

Today Pinkie was headed to Seagrove Beach…an enviable destination! Seagrove Beach is noted for its central location, excellent local dining options and natural beauty. Garnished with graceful live oaks, stately magnolias and the glimmering reflection off Eastern Lake, recreational opportunities abound here including lake swimming and kayaking. Nearby find 30A institutions like The Olde Florida Fish House, famous for its with idyllic al fresco dining venue overlooking the serene waters of Eastern Lake. Frequently the scene of local live music, The Olde Florida Fish House is where Pinkie first tasted George T Stagg bourbon, “It was a life-changing experience…that's for sure!” Pinkie smiled at the pleasant memory.
