Family vacay

Second year at this house. Our family loves it. Super convenient to beach and Seaside. We have multigenerations staying there and there is plenty of space for everyone. Grown-ups eat inside and kids eat outside where we can see them on the deck. Property manager is super on top of any need or glitch which is bound to happen.

Close to beach

This property is in a great location. You can walk to the beach each day and there is a gas station super close too. It’s close to a Publix grocery store as well. The unit itself could use a few updates.. the door handle fell off as soon as we arrived but we managed and still had a great time. The decor was pretty interesting too. Overall its a good spot to stay and a short walk to the beach. I’d probably stay here again.

5 minute walk to the beach- can’t complain!

The location is great, easy access to the beach with a short walk. There is a gas station super close for ice and snacks. Great food within walking distance. Parking can be iffy depending on how crowded it is, but we were able to park fairly close to our condo. It was a bit warm in the condo, but it’s Florida so it’s just always warm.

Kitchen Improvements Needed

Dirty dishes put in cabinets, need better silverware setup, need spoons, shower head was never repaired after reporting it was missing. Freezer cleaning was missed. Photos below

Review of Beachwood Villas 7c

My husband and I enjoyed our vacation. This unit was clean, quiet and reasonably priced. It is located conveniently near a Tom Thumb (maybe three minutes walking distance) to purchase drinks, snacks, and rent movies. They are open 24 hours and have a hot bar for breakfast and lunch. The beach access is a five or six minute walk across the street and down the boardwalk. The beach was beautiful with crystal clear and emerald water. As you are heading back from the beach, there is a nice area to rinse the sand from your feet. The pool was clean and maintained well, and was close to a coin operated laundry room to wash and dry your clothes. Although I don't like to be negative, the unit could use a few updates. The mattress in the bedroom needs to be replaced, as it sinks down in the middle while lying on it. There is no exhaust fan in the restroom. There is a window, however no windows in the unit could be opened. With those small things being fixed, it would easily turn a nice stay into a fabulous stay. Thanks Vacasa!

Don't stay here

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. Let me start with a couple of PROS: Our family has stayed at various condos at this same complex and have always had good experiences. The condos are always great and the bonus is they are usually priced at a The rental agency rental was very understanding and accommodating. They were able to move us to a cleaner condo the very next morning. The location of this complex is great. Close to Seaside and just a quick walk to the beach. Now for the CONS: This place is disgusting. We walked in and I was pleasantly surprised that the cabinets had been updated from the pictures online. The pleasantries ended there. The walls, doors, light switches were all disgusting. There was a dead cockroach on the floor as soon as we walked in. The whole place smelled stale. The bathroom door looked like some animal had chewed off the bottom corner. The floors were literally peeling off and were super uneven. The balcony was atrocious. It was literally so filled with crap that you could barely move on it, but even if you could, you would not want to go out there because it was covered with dirt, grime and filth. The neighbor, who is a permanent resident, blared music most of the night. All in all it was just awful and absolutely below any standard that anyone should charge you money for. We were supposed to spend two nights there but only endured one, thanks to the rental agency. I highly recommend Beachwood Villas but I do not recommend this condo. You can find much better ones in this complex.

Condo near the beach

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is perfect, as it is across the street from a public beach access. The kitchen is large and has a dishwasher. The development has 2 pools and a laundry (coin) area which was very convenient. Close to Grayton Beach, tons of restaurants, and there's a Publix nearby.

Small and peaceful

The complex is nice with lots of activities. The condo has recently been updated . We loved sitting on the porch and there was a nice little area for my twin toddlers to run . It’s right next to everything including beach access. The permanent residents are very nice ! I would definitely recommend and go back for another visit . They also have beach chairs and plenty of beach toys to use while you are visiting . Definitely can’t beat the price . Thank you for sharing your home with us !!
