Immaculate beach home with everything needed on 30A. The Preserve at Grayton offers 2 community pools, lighted tennis courts, ping pong, workout facility and private deeded beach access nestled along Big Red Fish Lake. You won't have to drive and find parking. Just enjoy our Boardwalk through the nature preserve right down to the beach (10 minutes). Amazing location in between Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain Beach with all the privacy of Point Washington State Forest surrounding the neighborhood. The west end pool is heated during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and as needed starting March 1st. This beach house is just with the Doctor Ordered!

Upon entering DoctorsOrders30a, you are greeted with a large, open space. The kitchen, dining, living room are airy and inviting with plenty of seating on the large sectional, large dining table and the huge kitchen can host multiple chefs and seat eight around the bar. You can even expand the large open main floor into the open air of the furnished front porch (perfect for coffee time, reading or an après beach cocktail), or BBQ on the back porch. There is a powder room for first floor guests to use. Also on this floor is a king master suite with spectacular master bathroom with a separate tub and shower.

2nd floor has a second living area, great for kids to watch movies or play games, or can be used as an office. Just hook your Notebook up to the large computer monitor, or your gaming console to the large TV. The second floor also has 2 large covered porches on the front and back. There's also a second king master suite with a separate tub and shower. Two additional queen bedrooms are on this floor that share a full bath. We have a utility room with full size washer and dryer in the middle of the second floor.

On the 3rd and final floor there is a custom built bunk room, with a half bath. This room has 2 twin over full bunk beds. There is also a sitting area for the kids to watch movies or play games on the huge smart TV.

There is plenty of room for making great memories or finding a solo spot to chill and recharge. Pet Friendly with fee.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
Take home a piece of Grayton Beach by picking up a painting or sculpture from the Grayton Artist Collective; or, stop at a boutique like Petunia's to browse a number of gifts and treasures. Escape from it all with a hike through Grayton Beach State Park offering pristine beaches, a coastal dune lake, with four miles of hiking trails, canoeing, kayaking, boating, fishing, and bicycling — from here, the sight of sand dunes will leave you in awe.

At the end of the day, stroll along this beach neighborhood's sugar-white sand and watch the sunset. Grab a memorable meal at favorites like Coast or Hurricane Oyster Bar & Grill, and then listen to some live music at Red Bar or Pandora's.

In addition to the beach our private deeded boardwalk leads you to, there are three public beach access points in the tranquil Blue Mountain Beach area off 30A, all with lifeguards during the season, parking, restrooms, and all within walking distance to restaurants.

Exit the Preserve to the right and you will find The Blue Mountain Beach Access. This area is growing, with bike rentals, new restaurant, and Blue Mountain Creamery and their crazy ice cream flavors, just a 5 minute bike ride on one of our 3 provided bikes from the house. This is a must visit area.

Past the Creamery, you will find the beach access at Gulf Place Town Center, which offers eateries and shopping with places to sit and park your bikes. With Shunk Gullies just steps from the beach and the best ice cream you will ever have at Pecan Jack's, you cannot go wrong with this area!

Named after the blue lupine flowers that grace its large sand dunes, the coastal village of Blue Mountain Beach lies between Grayton Beach and Gulf Place along the scenic 30A corridor.
