Take a vacation in the White Dunes Oasis! This 3 BR, 2.5 BA, sleeps 10 people, making this the perfect space for your family. Located in the Prominence community on 30A, you not only have access to 2 resort-style pools (one is seasonally heated) but you are also within walking distance to family favorite, The Big Chill. Take a quick spin in the golf cart to one of the many beach access options close by or take a long bike ride with the fam to some of the best restaurants located on 30A.
When you step inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas create a spacious downstairs gathering area. The first floor also features an outdoor patio, extending the home's inviting living space outdoors. Upstairs, all bedrooms are privately tucked away.

Prominence has a lot of options for beach access; some of our favorites are listed below.
- Deer Lake State Park: A 5-minute bike ride or drive away, this stunning beach has parking, restrooms, and picnic spots.
- Gulf Lakes Beach: Perfect for bike rides; a 6-minute ride with convenient access.
- Seabreeze Beach Access: An easily accessible option with parking across 30A. A 4-minute drive from the property!
- Walton Dunes Beach: Our favorite, with no boardwalk and a hassle-free walk straight onto the sand.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access: A bit farther but easy by car! Great for ample parking, lifeguards, and restrooms.
*Pro-Tip— stock up on ice at The Big Chill's 24/7 ice machine across the street to load your cooler down and not have to buy ice at the grocery or gas station!

- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Starter Kit: We start you out with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry pods.
- Coffee Time! Fuel up in the mornings with our complimentary coffee using the standard drip or Keurig coffee makers.
- Convenience at Your Fingertips: Full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry room on the first floor.
✏️Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is no street parking available, but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
