Great porch, perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves. Condo facility is clean, two big pools, up to date gym. Less than a mile to some local restaurants and coffee shops. We have stayed in some “fancier” rentals on 30a, but this met our needs perfectly. The porch and easy access to what we wanted to do on 30a was great. This unit is on our short list of the laces to repeat.

Great condo in terms of location and balcony, etc. could use updating to the carpet as there was a huge stain in the master bedroom. Balcony doors are difficult to open, but once you are on the balcony, the furniture is very comfy and the views are spectacular!

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean. Access to beach is very easy. Your very close to shopping in Rosemary beach and Seaside. The condo is spacious and has a massive porch that overlooks the ocean. The only negative was the carpet in the master had stains and the master door doesn't close.

Place was immaculate. New hardwood-like floors that were clean and very nice. Whole place was VERY clean, kitchen well equipped with anything you need and had TWO coffee makers (Keurig and regular drip), starter kits that had two laundry pods, two dishwasher pods, sponge, dishwashing detergent. At least 3 hairdryers on premises. Small shampoos, conditioners, body wash and small bar soaps come in all bathrooms. Included bikes that we used a LOT. They are kept on the premises so you don't have to worry about delivery times. (You can rent helmets from the bike company for a tiny charge.) We used the workout equipment which is REALLY nice. Cons: NO hangers in the closets, no extra blankets. Covered parking for one space was very nice. Elevators and equipment to get your stuff up to your room was convenient.

Beach, pools, neighborhood all good but room was very outdated and not clean at all. Two sets of sliding doors did not work, dishwasher and toaster did not work as well as a light in one of the bathrooms. The rug was very dirty and turned our feet black walking on it- this posed a big problem since we had a crawling baby with us.

We have been staying at the dunes of seagrove for almost 20 years and have stayed in close to 20 different units during that time. Space wise this unit was superior. Unfortunately the quality of the unit was lacking in several areas. The master bedroom carpet was stained, ripped and just a mess. The beds were also not comfortable at all. Closet doors, shower doors and kitchen essentials were falling apart, not hung properly or in awful working order. We had to purchase skillets, hot mitts, and other appliances that have been included in all other condos over the past 20 years bc of the conditions of the ones provided (if they were). The bones of this unit are fabulous, but it is in desperate need of an update.

This unit is ideally located, with gorgeous views of the beach and water - high enough to see over the dunes, close to the elevator and easy pool/beach access. The bedroom layout is great; we only had five people in our group, but easily could have slept four more. The living room is small, but the furniture was comfortable. The unit really fell short on several fronts though - the refrigerator has multiple broken drawers that resulted in several smashed fingers, the floors were disgustingly sticky (like make your feet black sticky), and the water heater was woefully inadequate for even the relatively small number of guests we had. Several details - wall repairs that need to be painted, bare box springs on beds, stained carpet in the main bedroom, etc - just cumulatively made it feel like we paid luxury prices for a mid-level product. If you choose this unit, be sure to bring the following: a coffee maker (unit has a individual-sized Keurig only), hair dryer(s), extra blankets, bottled water or pitcher with filtration, extra hangers, and plastic cups/plates/bowls (if you have young kids). Be aware that the TV in the third bedroom with two twins is for gaming only, as there is no cable or satellite service to it. Overall, we love Dunes of Seagrove and have been coming here for 8 years or so. We would still return, but likely choose another unit if we could.

Place was large enough for our group, View was nice. This place is showing a lot of wear and tear. TV in extra bed room still not working after a year ago because it has never been wired up.. Dishwasher had to be ran several times to work. All bedroom carpets dirty need cleaning. Refrigerator drawers broken. Large fan in bunk room does not work r Shower door in master bedroom does not open all the way. The sliding doors to balcony very had to open.

We love this area of Seagrove. Our family owns a home 100 yards from this condo and we rented this unit for "overflow" for the Thanksgiving holiday. We've stayed in this Dunes of Seagrove complex at least a dozen times over the years. We rented this unit specifically because we know the panoramic views from every bedroom are breathtaking + the unit has amazing amazing porch space (we've rented the unit underneath it with the same floor plan several times). This unit in specific is good except for the filthy floors. They DESPERATELY need replacing and make the place dirty -- no cleaning job would work. They are too old. All of the carpets and the tile throughout are very old and filthy. You cannot walk around without socks or shoes on without having black feet. We assumed we'd be able to walk barefoot and feel clean. Aside from that, everything else about the unit is great. We would rent again if the floors were replaced. The only other 'bad' experience we had is that the unit's code was changed without our knowledge on the last night and we were locked out for an hour with our 3 children under 5. We worked through customer service at Vacasa (the unit's rental management company) and were finally able to get back in but it was difficult because the unit doesn't have good cell service (must use wifi for cell phone use) so we had to walk several blocks to get service in order to speak with customer service.

This condo is gorgeous! So spacious, fits our big family well. The decor is so beautiful. The ratio of baths to bedrooms is almost 1:1. The large wrap around balcony is our favorite - we were out there 3 times daily. Huge, wonderful swimming pools, hot tub & close to the water. Love that 2 umbrellas & 4 chairs included on the beach daily. Area is safe, private, & not very busy for the season we came. So many lifetime memories made here💕. Hope to come back same time next year!

Lovely condo with wonderful views. Clean. Check-in staff was helpful and easy to work with. We used the bikes, which were nice to ride around the area with. Very family-friendly property. Beach set-up person was also very nice. The porch was amazing. You can watch the sun rise and set just by turning your chair. The hot tub is not operational in October, which was a bummer, as it was cool one night. Close to restaurants and shops.

This condo was great for our group with young kids. Easy beach access and plenty of room made for the perfect spot to relax. We will definitely be back for the ease of accessing the beach and the view. You can definitely tell it is used on a regular basis and while it does have the bare kitchen necessities we often found ourselves needing extra pots, pans, and baking sheets.

View excellent. Nice beach and cabana boy setup with chairs and umbrellas. Accommodations are 3 out of 5. Lots of missed maintenance issues like broken garbage disposal, off track sliding doors, burnt out bulbs. Bring own beach towels and glasses if you have large group. Stash on premises is short supply. No hot pads. Lots of things you might expect to be on hand we’re just not there for use of renters. Made you feel untrusted. ( hide the good stuff). Overall 4 of 5.
