Admire commanding views of the Gulf of Mexico and the neighboring coastal dune lake from your shaded balcony, enjoy close proximity to the property's 650 feet of sugar sand beach, and spend your days taking advantage of three swimming pools, two hot tubs, and other fantastic property facilities.

The 23-acre Sanctuary by the Sea is a Gulf-front property in Santa Rosa Beach, with pristine grounds that include three pools, two hot tubs, grilling stations, seasonal gas firepits, a well-appointed gym, a virtual golf facility, and a theater room. You can take a kayak or a canoe out on the lake, take advantage of seasonal beach service on the sand, or wander 100 yards north to explore beautiful Grayton Beach State Park. The unique community of Grayton Beach is less than two miles east, Seagrove Beach is four miles east, and lovely Alys Beach is only 12 miles beyond.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
