Welcome to 30A Kinda Day in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, FL. You will love this brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the top floor of Gulf Place Residences. This luxurious unit is tastefully decorated in a beachy, coastal theme. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, his and her closets, and an ensuite bath with dual vanities and a gorgeous walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed. You can expect a good night’s sleep on our premium mattresses. There are also bunk beds in the bunk alcove.
You can look out the window at the gulf from our living room while watching television on a 55inch HDTV. The master has a 50 inch HDTV, and a there is a 43 inch HDTV in the guest room. The balcony has a table and barstools for four, with incredible views of the gulf. Guests can sit out on the balcony and eat dinner, while watching some of the most amazing sunsets you will ever see.
The high ceilings give the condo a very open, spacious feel, and the kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous quartz island with seating for 6. The kitchen connects to the living room where you can relax on a soft, U-shaped couch that pulls out into a large area that will comfortably sleep one adult or two kids.
Enjoy the wonderful Gulf Place amenities including 3 pools (one heated), a hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a grilling area. Find your way to Gulf Place Residences 303 for a beach adventure where you will have an abundance of restaurants, fabulous shopping, and the beautiful beach at your fingertips.
The Gulf Place Residences condo complex is a BRAND NEW low-rise condominium complex on 30A. Located under 200 yards to the public beach access at Gulf Place, this complex features 3 deeded beach access points, 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a hot tub, shuffleboard, and a grilling area. This area of 30A also features many restaurants, shops, cafes, and places of interest including a large outdoor amphitheater that hosts many fun activities throughout the year.

The condo was great and had everything we needed. The location is close to beach/restaurants/shops and our teens loved the bikes. We had a little situation where the smoke detectors went off due to low battery and owners took care of it immediately. We would stay here again.

Girls Get Away

Great girls stay at a nice condo with everything you needed. Location was perfect, safe and clean area. Very close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Enjoyed riding the bikes and using beach chairs. Hope to come back soon....

Fun Spring Break Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Place and were pleasantly surprised with the area. We have typically stayed more in Destin where it has become really busy. The beaches and restaurants were not crowded at all and everything you need was really close and convenient. We had great pizza one night a Fat Daddy Pizza and some awesome breakfast tacos at Shelby's Beach Bar and Grill. We felt like the location was really safe to where we could let our older teens out to explore on their own. Beach access was close and convenient. We liked the option of having a pool close by as well.

Excellent stay and location

We have stayed in the 30A area many many times but never on the west end. We decided to stay closer to the places we like to frequent this time around. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location to the things we love couldn’t be beat! We also enjoyed the view of the gulf from the unit. Excellent communication from the owners as well. We would definitely stay here again for a short adults only trip.

30A beach vacation

Wonderful condo! Beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings, well stocked, and very clean. Very short walk to the beautiful beach and it’s a great place to watch the sunset. We especially enjoyed ice cream at Pecan Jack’s and the taco salad at Redfish Tacos. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view, perfect family getaway

We usually stay in a house with our extended family but this trip was just our immediate family and the condo was absolutely perfect. We loved having the shops and restaurants right out our front door and the private beach access was key during the high season. Wonderful 4th of July

The condo was clean, updated and supplied with all our needs. We appreciated the yummy coffee bar and also the spices and olive oil that we used for cooking one of the nights. Kids enjoyed the water view from the balcony, beds were very comfortable and the unit stayed nice and cool despite how hot it was outside. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

We had an amazing experience at this property! The home was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was perfect, close to 30A and bech, yet in a quiet area, so we were able to relax and unwind. The amenities were top-notch, and we especially loved the kitchen stocked with coffee essentials. The beds were comfortable, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this property made our trip even more memorable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a SRB condo.
