Large, all-glass disappearing folding doors lead from the bedroom directly out to a private, dune-level, shuttered porch with a large soaking tub – another great place to relax! This ground floor porch offers complete privacy while you listen to the sound of the waves from your tub or swivel reading chairs! The newly renovated bathroom next to the bedroom features a marble vanity sink and a walk-in shower, as well as a very useful secondary sink in the nearby powder room. The ground floor also features a brand new Bosch stackable washer/dryer unit.

The second floor of SEAGLASS honeymoon cottage is the heart of the home and offers a thoughtfully-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker(s) and small dining table. A relaxing living room features a Smart TV with HD cable, wireless fiber speed internet, a comfortable, large L-shaped sectional sofa and unreal views of the emerald water. Outside you'll find a covered beachfront balcony patio with 2nd floor panoramic views up and down the incredible Seaside private community beach and its white powdered sand and emerald green and blue water. An outdoor dining table seats 4 people for sunset dinners, and an additional sectional outdoor sofa is perfect for reading and listening to the surf!
