Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home located in Santa Rosa Beach. This property is located right of Scenic 30A and just steps from the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Emerald Coast. You’re just a stones throw from Gulf Place. This community features restaurants, shopping, cafes, and seasonal concerts. You are just a short drive to all the other wonderful locations 30A has to offer. The Legends is a wonderful quaint complex that offers all the wonderful amenities needed for a vacation destination. Enjoy the community pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts located on property! There is also a volleyball court perfect for a beach vacation. The Legends offers two beach access points located close by.

Often referred to as “the town that began it all”, Santa Rosa Beach is the first established community in South Walton. Today, many of the communities that make up this majestic collection of beachfront developments are technically in Santa Rosa Beach. The most notable is Gulf Place – home to restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. Other attractions include Eden State Garden Park and the Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club.
