This open and airy 4-bedroom home features an open floor plan and décor that truly gives you that beach cottage feel. Just a short walk to the beach as well as some of 30A’s favorite restaurants and shopping, this home is perfect for visitors looking to be in the middle of the action. Less than a 5-minute walk from the beach, this recently developed area has a beautiful fenced in pool complete with lounge chairs. Surrounding palm trees make for a serene getaway.

1st Floor:
There is plenty of room for the whole family or multiple families at Little Bird’s Nest. You’re greeted by the open concept main living area with a chef’s kitchen and plenty of dining seating. Gather together in the cozy living area to watch some TV or a movie. There is cable and Wi-Fi for all your entertainment needs. A high chair and Pack 'n Play are also provided.

Enjoy the convenience of a 1st floor master suite right off the kitchen. The front porch is welcoming and spacious enough to enjoy sunrises and sunsets and the outdoor shower is an added bonus-helping you keep the floors sand free.

2nd Floor:
At the top of the stairs, you’ll find the bunk area with TV and also the balcony access. The kids will love taking over this area. There is a convenient access to the hallway full bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms complete the 2nd floor.

Beach Access:
For a beach day head to your beach access at Gulfview Heights, just 0.4 miles away. It's a 2-minute drive or a 7-minute walk. This public access has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season.

Blue Mountain Beach has something for everyone. The local creamery has made its mark on this delightful neighborhood - when you come to Blue Mountain, you have to stop for their homemade ice cream. Just a short drive west and you’re close to all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of Sandestin, Miramar Beach and Destin. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
