This is the perfect family vacation home. Located steps from the beach with public restrooms and picnic tables. This home has everything you need to make those wonderful family memories. After a day at the beach, relax in the shaded private pool or have a family cookout on the pool deck.

* We have a discounted property fee/cleaning fee. WE DO NOT make the beds. The beds will be clean and unmade. We will supply the bedding in sealed plastic upon your arrival. This saves water and money by not laundering linens you do not use. We pass this savings along to you. Should you wish to have the beds made upon your arrival, let us know. Additional $175 can be added,

Summer Breeze on 30A is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. You can comfortably sleep 18 people. Leave the cars in the driveway and walk to the nearby ice cream shop, bicycle rentals or have a paddle board delivered to you beach side. The many nearby restaurants feature nightly entertainment and great food, Goatfeathers, Local Catch and Shunk Gully to name a few.
Nearby, Gulf Place Town Center features clothing, beach and paddle board shops, weekly concerts, coffee shop, arcade and liquor stores as well. Get your essential at the nearby Walmart or Publix grocery stores.

Great house and location. Short walk to the beach. We loved being close to Goatfeathers and the heated pool was wonderful. Only complaint is the kitchen is small and we do a lot of cooking, but we managed :) We hope to return in the future.

We had plenty of room & privacy for 8 adults & 2 children. The location was just a short distance to the beach. The heated pool was great for a break from the beach. The manager was quick to help when we had a few issues. I can't wait to book this house again.

The location is perfect! The stairs was a little to much for the older members of the family. I wish we were notified of the broken beach chairs and bikes before hand. Overall I would definitely book this home again. ☺️

This was a perfect home for our family vacation this year! The layout of the house really worked for us (loved the 3 levels and private balconies!) and the decor was nice and inviting. We were very happy with the proximity to everything.and the pool was invaluable. We hope to visit again in the future.

Our 4 generation family of 13 had an amazing time at the house. Be sure to get that pool heated and live in it and use that provided boil pot to boil shrimp from goat feathers seafood market which is just a short walk away!

We had a great time at the house. Goatfeathers being next door was a giant plus for happy hour and large orders of shrimp. The walk to the beach was short. The kids loved having the private pool option as well. Great trip.

My family and I (8 adults and 4 children ranging from 16 to 3) stayed in this beautiful home July 8th thru July 15th. We had an absolutely awesome and fun time the whole week. Plenty of room for everyone, we especially enjoyed the second floor living room where we all hung out and enjoyed each others company. Very clean home with a 3 minute walk to the beautiful white sandy beach. Easy communication with the management group and very quick responses. This house comes with its own heated pool and we all enjoyed it tremendously. I would and will stay in this house everytime i go to Santa Rosa Beach. Love love love. 5 stars.

This was a perfect property to stay in for my family and extended family! We had 13 people total and it was plenty of space for everyone. Great pool, great location, absolutely nothing to complain about. The check in process was super easy and all questions we had were answered very promptly and accurately. The kids all said this was their favorite vacation we've been on so we will definitely be back! We can't recommend this place enough!

We loved the configuration of this house for our family! There was room for everyone to have privacy and plenty of room for us to be together. The pool was perfect as well. Love the fact that the house is well kept yet not so prissy as to worry about sand on the floor. The proximity to both beach and ice cream is a win-win!

overall, a wonderful experience. the house comfortably fit our large group. adequate kitchen (2 people at a time), adequate pool. early check in was very much appreciated!!! VERY easy beach access, 4 minute walk but you can see and smell it the whole way. no large roads to cross. our kids could do this on their own without any problem. easy checkout. Overall, we would stay here again!

We stayed here with 6 adults and 7 kids. The house is well stocked, close to the beach, and the pool is perfect. The owner was AMAZING, she responded to questions right away and we forgot a very important stuffed pig and she mailed him back to us right away. We will definitely be staying again. The house is beautiful and definitely big enough for the 18 of us (9 were kids). Each family had their own space and bathroom. The pool area was great, especially since we had double red flags the last few days of our visit, and couldn't swim at the beach. It was also wonderful having 2 refrigerators. Gulfview Heights was a gorgeous area and the walk to the beach, with the bathroom access and showers were a plus.

Our family has been coming to Highway 30 A for the last 20 years. We are a family of 14, with adults as well as teenagers and elementary kids. We loved the layout of this house. Everyone had their own space. The two bunk rooms on two different floors were great for the different ages of grandkids. The close proximity to the beach was awesome, and we were very close to many local vendors. We all agreed that this house was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. We loved it! Thanks for the hospitality!

My family of 17 enjoyed our stay very much. The pictures do not do this property justice. The house is very well stocked with just about anything you could need on vacation. We traveled with children over Christmas and a tree for the kids was very important to my family. I was so impressed when we walked in and the property manager had put a tree up for us. The pool heat was amazing also! Well worth paying to have it heated. Our kids swam everyday in the pool despite having temps in the 30s. We look forward to returning!

This house’s location was wonderful for beach activities. Also, great location with Goatfeather’s market/restaurant and a wonderful ice cream shoppe 1/2 block away. Not far from a Publix and Walmart, too. The house was well stocked with bath towels and kitchen dishes and utensils. However, it lacked kitchen towels and extra bed linens. One of the beds had dirty sheets on it...dead bugs, sand and hair...no extra sheets so we had to wash them immediately. Unfortunately, the house wasn’t as clean as I’m use to through VRBO. Floors were not clean which was hard with 2 little ones. Only a broom was available...no mop or vacuum to clean with. Freezer and ice maker were dirty also. Several lightbulbs were out throughout the house. Pool area and furniture were dirty. The furniture was all pushed together in a corner. I was told they were hiring a new cleaning company because of our and several previous complaints. Just wishing they had been hired prior to our rental.

The best thing about this property is the location. Although it doesn’t have a view, it’s a short walk to the beach on a nice road. The house was nice. As far as cleanliness, it was okay. The third floor shower was broke when we arrived. We had to use pliers to turn it on which was very annoying after spending so much on a vacation rental. (The property manager did offer to have it fixed on day six of our stay, but due to COVID, we chose not to have an outsider in the home for an extended period.). After trying to use the third floor shower with no success, I went to the first floor shower where the shower handle fell off in my hand. The property manager came the next day and fixed the first floor shower but basically blamed me saying I pulled on it. We also had issues with the wrong size sheets for two beds. These were all annoyances to deal with on vacation, but we still had a great time with our family during a very stressful time dealing with COVID. Our real problems began when we received the email about our deposit. They deducted charges for destroying sheets, breaking their outdoor building, breaking their gate and leaving sand in the showers and floors of the house. I will be honest. The gate was broken when we got there and it was my error not to report it. I guess I was more concerned with things in the house and never thought to report it. We did also get a towel dirty to the point it probably was ruined. I don’t even know what to say about the building. The doors were hanging open when we arrived and beach toys falling out of it. I didn’t think anything of it, but the property manager apparently took everything out and sent us pictures of a crack in the back. There is no earthly way we would have known the crack was there. We did not stuff the items in there. It was like that when we arrived and thought nothing of it. The deductions for sand are so crazy to me that I’m not sure what to say. We were at the beach. We showered before entering the house but there’s no way when you have 15 people staying in a house you won’t have sand and we did sweep periodically. Things got worse when we called the property manager and she accused us of leaving dirty dishes and removing a ceiling tile. All not true. We have tried to contact the owner. She said she would call but has not, so with this being the last day we are allowed to leave a review, I’m letting you know our experience.
