This is the perfect family vacation home. Located steps from the beach with public restrooms and picnic tables. This home has everything you need to make those wonderful family memories. After a day at the beach, relax in the shaded private pool or have a family cookout on the pool deck.

* We have a discounted property fee/cleaning fee. WE DO NOT make the beds. The beds will be clean and unmade. We will supply the bedding in sealed plastic upon your arrival. This saves water and money by not laundering linens you do not use. We pass this savings along to you. Should you wish to have the beds made upon your arrival, let us know. Additional $175 can be added,

Summer Breeze on 30A is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. You can comfortably sleep 18 people. Leave the cars in the driveway and walk to the nearby ice cream shop, bicycle rentals or have a paddle board delivered to you beach side. The many nearby restaurants feature nightly entertainment and great food, Goatfeathers, Local Catch and Shunk Gully to name a few.
Nearby, Gulf Place Town Center features clothing, beach and paddle board shops, weekly concerts, coffee shop, arcade and liquor stores as well. Get your essential at the nearby Walmart or Publix grocery stores.

This is one of the very best stays I have ever had- the experience from beginning to end, everything was perfect. The location is excellent, peaceful , clean , excellently apportioned. One of the most comfortable properties I have experienced and cannot wait to go back - restaurants and local attractions very walkable. Absolutely love the house pool 10/10

Great house, close to the beach!

This house was beautiful and spacious. Such a great layout. It was extremely clean when we arrived. Towels and bedding/pillows were great quality. Loved the new deck addition by the pool. Loved how close it was to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return!

Amazing vacation

The house was great for our family of 5 adults and 4 children under 5 years old. It is a very short walk to the beach access walkway. The pool was wonderful! The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. We had a wonderful stay!

Sunny Paradise For Spring Break

Fall Break 2024

Great house and location. Short walk to the beach. We loved being close to Goatfeathers and the heated pool was wonderful. Only complaint is the kitchen is small and we do a lot of cooking, but we managed :) We hope to return in the future.

Great family week

This was a family gathering of our 3 daughters, 2 SIL's, and 4 grands who live in MA, AL, TX so it's hard to get together most times with school schedules etc. This was spring break for MA as we would normally do a beach vacay a little later in the year for warmer water.This house worked great for us as everyone was able to have their own bath. The house is decorated very nicely and the baby gates, high chair and pack n play were great. Most of the bedrooms were a good size as well as the baths. The kitchen is a little small but very well stocked with lots of pots and pans, cooking equipment and the new grill is great near the pool. We didn't have any luck getting the countertop ice maker to work but there was some from the 2 refrigerators (and we bought some). The wagon was great for taking chairs and sand toys to/from the beach which is a pretty short walk. We loved that there were bathrooms, a pavilliion with picnic tables, showers, bike racks and a water dispenser like you find in the airports! The beach is beautiful, clear water and waves good enough for some boogie boarding (which we purchased).

Perfect for our family vacation

We had plenty of room & privacy for 8 adults & 2 children. The location was just a short distance to the beach. The heated pool was great for a break from the beach. The manager was quick to help when we had a few issues. I can't wait to book this house again.

The location is perfect! The stairs was a little to much for the older members of the family. I wish we were notified of the broken beach chairs and bikes before hand. Overall I would definitely book this home again. ☺️

Just perfect for our family

This was a perfect home for our family vacation this year! The layout of the house really worked for us (loved the 3 levels and private balconies!) and the decor was nice and inviting. We were very happy with the proximity to everything.and the pool was invaluable. We hope to visit again in the future.

Great family time

Our 4 generation family of 13 had an amazing time at the house. Be sure to get that pool heated and live in it and use that provided boil pot to boil shrimp from goat feathers seafood market which is just a short walk away!

Great Family Time

We had a great time at the house. Goatfeathers being next door was a giant plus for happy hour and large orders of shrimp. The walk to the beach was short. The kids loved having the private pool option as well. Great trip.

Perfect Family Digs

We loved the configuration of this house for our family! There was room for everyone to have privacy and plenty of room for us to be together. The pool was perfect as well. Love the fact that the house is well kept yet not so prissy as to worry about sand on the floor. The proximity to both beach and ice cream is a win-win!

Great Vacation!

This was a perfect property to stay in for my family and extended family! We had 13 people total and it was plenty of space for everyone. Great pool, great location, absolutely nothing to complain about. The check in process was super easy and all questions we had were answered very promptly and accurately. The kids all said this was their favorite vacation we've been on so we will definitely be back! We can't recommend this place enough!

Great Family House!

We stayed here with 6 adults and 7 kids. The house is well stocked, close to the beach, and the pool is perfect. The owner was AMAZING, she responded to questions right away and we forgot a very important stuffed pig and she mailed him back to us right away. We will definitely be staying again. Absolutely beautiful and awesome house with easy beach access just steps away

My family and I (8 adults and 4 children ranging from 16 to 3) stayed in this beautiful home July 8th thru July 15th. We had an absolutely awesome and fun time the whole week. Plenty of room for everyone, we especially enjoyed the second floor living room where we all hung out and enjoyed each others company. Very clean home with a 3 minute walk to the beautiful white sandy beach. Easy communication with the management group and very quick responses. This house comes with its own heated pool and we all enjoyed it tremendously. I would and will stay in this house everytime i go to Santa Rosa Beach. Love love love. 5 stars.

Big house, great for friends and family!

overall, a wonderful experience. the house comfortably fit our large group. adequate kitchen (2 people at a time), adequate pool. early check in was very much appreciated!!! VERY easy beach access, 4 minute walk but you can see and smell it the whole way. no large roads to cross. our kids could do this on their own without any problem. easy checkout. Overall, we would stay here again!

Perfect getaway

The house is beautiful and definitely big enough for the 18 of us (9 were kids). Each family had their own space and bathroom. The pool area was great, especially since we had double red flags the last few days of our visit, and couldn't swim at the beach. It was also wonderful having 2 refrigerators. Gulfview Heights was a gorgeous area and the walk to the beach, with the bathroom access and showers were a plus.
