Gulf Place Town Center is only .3 mile east for dining, shopping, and art classes for the kids during the spring and summer months at the Artists of Gulf Place. | | After playing on the beach, exploring 30A by bike, enjoying a fresh seafood dinner, and watching a movie with the kids, steal a moment with your significant other on the back porch under the moonlight. This house was just what we wanted! Right on the beach and close to several restaurants and stores. Extremely clean and cozy!

5 stars We absolutely loved our stay at the Mariposa! The home was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly cozy—perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. The views were stunning, and the private beach access made it even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well cared for.The only small suggestion would be to add a few more pots and pans (larger size) in the kitchen to make cooking a bit easier, especially for families or longer stays. That said, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed ourselves.Highly recommend this place—we’re already planning our return!

This charming house is right on the beach and steps to the water. Given we stayed most of the time on the deck or in the water, tells you what you need to know. It is a beautiful setting to enjoy the beach! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and there is a medium Big Green Egg if you are looking for a grill. The only slight negative is the bedrooms share a bathroom which is a little tight. However, the outdoor showers do the trick. We never showered inside… All in all, if you are looking for a cozy place to enjoy all that 30A offers this is the place!
