The golf cart is street legal (no driving on sidewalks) -Golf cart is not to be driven past Rosemary Beach or WaterColor
Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Owner and/or host can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by golf cart or other amenities provided to guests.
