New luxury 4-bedroom house in fabulous scenic 30a, Santa Rosa Beach

Bring the whole family to this luxury place with lots of room for fun. It's a 3400sqft newly built house with four bedrooms (w/two large masters w/king bed) and 3 & 1/2 bath in Bluewater Landing Community. The house has 3 floors with an elevator and two car garage. The house is on a spacious lot, back to a beautiful wood view. It's located in the middle of the scenic 30A, South Walton, Santa Rosa Beach. It's minute to the beautiful white sand Blue Mountain Beach Access. 25min from Destin.

The Space:
Bedroom: Two large master bedrooms with king bed, a 3rd bedroom with queen bed and the 4th bedroom with full size bunk bed with a twin pull out on the bottom. There is also a portable fold out twin bed in the closet to sleep up to 12.
Bathroom: There is a master bath on the 1st floor, 1/2 bath on the 2nd floor, a master and full baths on the 3rd floor.
Kitchen: There is full kitchen. Natural gas grill outside.
Beach Access: Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access.
The house has two kayaks, bikes and beach chairs.
It's in Bluewater Landing Community.
