Stars on the Water features:
- Panoramic Gulf and Lake Views from the top floor balcony. The balcony also features a sitting area and outdoor dining table
- 400 feet to the Eastern Lake Beach Access and 1 Min bike ride to the Ramsgate Beach Access
- Large private pool with sun shelf (approx. 17’x15’). The pool can be heated for an additional fee for reservations October – April
- Fenced in pool deck with summer kitchen with natural gas grill, ice maker, cushioned seating area, poolside lounge chairs, and bench swing. It’s like staying in a private resort!
- Access to a 6-seater golf cart managed by La Dolce Vita. Must sign a waiver, be at least 25 years old, and a licensed/insured driver to operate.
- Access to 5 Taxi Bikes, serviced regularly to keep them in top shape
