Seagrove Spring '25 Getaway

Cute and Comfy

Our family enjoyed this unit. Location was very convenient to the beach. Having access to the garage was also very helpful when dealing with beach gear. The condo is in great shape and very comfortable.

Weekend golf trip

This townhouse was perfect in every way. It is just a nice as advertised and as shown in pictures. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, perfect location on 30A near the best golf courses, very helpful and friendly owner. My buddy and I will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Seagrove Beach for a weekend golf trip.

THE most comfortable mattresses my son and I have ever slept on!! In both bedroom! Shared spices and a few common condiments make it nice. Replenished by leaving remaining DW pods, fabric sheets, and laundry detergent!! Beach access is awesome!! Great communication with owner!

A Great Place To Stay!

This property is clean, inviting and had everything we needed! The spacious balconies overlook the pool with visible Gulf Views and were the perfect place to relax when not on the beach. The beach was a short walk through a gated entrance and it is a private section just for Emerald Hills guests. We met several other families staying at the condos so it is very family oriented. If you are considering this property and you can navigate stairs, I would say "Do It". I am glad I did and would not hesitate to go again.

Paradise on 30-A!

Fabulous poolside condo with easy access and just steps to beach. Very clean, airy and spacious. Well appointed and decorated with nice appliances. Great space with two full floors, big kitchen, dining and living room areas. Very nice bedrooms. Easy access to both Seaside and Seagrove beach. Loved our stay! Great communication with owner. Would definitely rent again. Thank You!

Perfect Place on the Beach!

The condo is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation at the beach with family. Beautifully decorated and very will equipped. Kids enjoyed convenience to the beach, I enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and my husband liked the dedicated parking. Host was very responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

A lovely stay for Thanksgiving

What a special place for a holiday. This two bedroom haven has all the comforts of home with the added delights of a simple and welcoming walk to a sugary white beach with emerald waters. We loved our stay and found everything we needed for a special Thanksgiving with our two young adult sons who drove in from separate locations to meet us. In fact, we all agreed that the couch is the most comfortable one we have every sat on and the patios (family room and master bedroom) were favorite perches to share afternoon teas and family stories. Thank you for sharing such a special place with us. It is in our memory book along with a historic Iron Bowl that we all enjoyed together in this beautiful home.

Perfect Getaway for Families

We had an incredible time at Janet's beautiful condo! This was our first vacation we took our twin boys on who are both 4 months old. It was spacious, comfortable & on the oceanside of 30a, which allowed easy access to the beach. We look forward to staying again soon!

Very nice place

Came with 4 teenagers & had plenty of room. The beach is a1 minute or less walk from the condo. Great views from the second and third floor balcony. Beach store is right across the street if you run out of anything. Kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms are updated. Everything very clean. Had a wonderful stay

Small, quiet community and well-appointed property!

Property itself is as-described and completely agree with prior reviewers that it is very comfortable and full of everything you need - stocked kitchenware, beach toys, books and games. We were also very happy with Emerald Hill as a community. Where other areas on the beach were jam packed with people, this relatively small community enjoys its own stretch of beach with much less congestion. Beach chair rentals were available and easy. Pool is simple, but clean and cool. Janet was very prompt on replies to a couple of questions we had, before and during stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and very easy access to the beach (gated/private entrance). Nice pool area too. Several stores and restaurants very close or easy drive/bike ride to lots of other stops on 30A.

Felt Like Home

My family and I had a wonderful time at Seagrove Beach! Janet’s place was truly our “home away from home.” All of the rooms were well-appointed, modern, and comfortable. On several occasions our youngest kept saying the condo, felt like home which made for a peaceful relaxing week for all of us. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat either! The pool and the grounds were clean and inviting. Communication with the host, Janet Crowder was as efficient and timely as it was warm and friendly. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Fabulous, lovely and convenient!

This property is tastefully decorated and had excellent planning for a well laid out plan of furniture and owner/rental needs for rest and relaxation. It’s close to the beach, the pool and bike rental. The complex is clean and well cared for, I walked barefoot from the unit to the beach several times and never stepped on an errant rock! The townhome is clean and welcoming! I’ve never stayed in a rental where I had everything I needed in the kitchen in 13 years of trips to the Panhandle! The “shared spices” were nice to have although we ate out more than in house meal prep. The mention regarding a European slow-making ice maker didn’t seem relevant, there was a Samsung refrigerator in the unit. It made plenty of ice for us and there were a few trays included in the freezer. I do wish the door alarm was louder, the door seems to bounce open some and it’s so quiet it’s hard to notice when it s trying to tell us it needs help! Maybe due to COVID, there were no shared condiments in the door, but we left a couple either for next residents or the cleaning person to enjoy. The garage was great as storms were traveling through the area at the time of checkout, loading the vehicle was not frustrating at all. Florida rain is significant sometimes! Comfortable mattresses, pivotal and ofter overlooked by rental landlords were not a problem here. Rest was great and everyone had a great time. Had a wonderful time and thanks to Janet for sharing her beautiful home with us to let us borrow it as our home for a week!
