At 803 there is plenty of room to entertain with dining for 6 at the table, 2 at the kitchen counter peninsula and additional seating on the balcony. Soak up the sun and the salt air on your balcony. The view is outstanding! We know you'll be spending your time out here, when you're not at the beach of course.

It only had two plastic chairs(old and didn't look clean) and a bench that wasn't accessible because it was too wide for the balcony. Enjoy Beachcrest but may choose a different unit next time.

Convenient

Very lovely location, but I couldn’t get over the musty smell in the unit that came from the bathrooms. I also tried emailing about “keys” that were never there, and never heard back a response. Luckily the door keypad worked, so it wasn’t a huge issue as long as I don’t get billed for said keys.

Unit needs deep thorough cleaning and freshening up.

Bathroom vents had visible dust accumulation and what appeared to possibly be mold. Furniture needs to desanitized and mattress on sofa sleeper needs to be replaced. Pillows in master bedroom need to be replaced. SS appliances particularly stove is worn out and stovetop was filthy and permanently stained. Vertical blind slats in living room kept falling off when u opened them. It apparently has been an issue since all slats were different lengths. Overall unit is ran down. Pictures show it differently.
