Community Beach Access, Adorable Gulf Front Condo, 4BR, pool/hot tub

  • The brilliant gulf views in this chicly designed beachfront townhome are incredible. The direct beach location is superb and makes for an ultimate beach retreat. Walk to restaurants, shops, bars and ice cream and the large pool is only a few steps away. This is the perfect beachfront getaway for one large or two families. The kitchen and family room are on the main floor as well as a balcony with breathtaking views. The large master King bedroom is on the 3rd floor with stunning views of the beach and water and also has a serene sitting area.There is also a queen guest bedroom on the 3rd floor with a full bath. The first floor has two bedrooms, one king bedroom with twin bunks and one queen bedroom which share a full bath. The small community of Seahaunts has a private pool and private boardwalk to the beach. This cute townhome is located on the west end of 30A and is a short stroll to Gulf Place. Sleeps 10 comfortably. This unit offers internet TV via Hulu and Disney.
    Note: Loss of pool fob will result in a $75 replacement fee. Please leave fob on kitchen counter for next guest.
