Completely renovated with brand new furnishings and finishes, this coastal chic 2BR/2BA condo is located on the east wing of the Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, and sleeps 6 guests comfortably. This is truly a dream vacation condo! With views of the nature preserve from the living room and master bedroom, you will enjoy a quiet location just a short 200 yard stroll to the sugar white Tops'l beach!

The master suite is complete with a king bed, a private bath, and access to the balcony. With views towards the north and south, the master suite is inviting and relaxing. Our guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds, and is serviced by a hallway full bathroom.

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort offers the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast! There are upscale restaurants and a beachside grill located on the property. Our rental includes use of the private swimming pool and hot tub at the Summit, the beachside swimming pool, access to the beach and complimentary WiFi. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach. Our rental does not include access to the Tops'l Fitness Club and Tennis.

Convenient parking is available directly in front of the building, and there are three elevators available. Your check in is simple – just arrive and let yourself in with the door code! CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
