Come stay at No Worries on 30A is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in the Village at Blue Mountain Beach, just off Hwy 30A, and a short walk (.6mi) to the beach!

This gorgeous home welcomes you with a bright, open floor plan with premium hardwood flooring and a chef’s dream kitchen with granite counters, a large island, and all stainless steel appliances. The gorgeous dining table seats 6 with 5 additional bar stools for the island. The Guest will fall in love with the chic beach farm house decor. This home sleeps a total of 11 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master suite, 2 guest bedrooms with a queen bed, a twin over double bunkbed plus a new Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Starting with the top floor you have a GRAND Master suite that will be the perfect spot for the grownups to unwind. It features a 4 poster King size bed and includes a separate living area with a pullout sofa and large flat screen T.V and morning kitchen. Get your day started with a cup of Joe and take in the Gulf of Mexico breeze from your private balcony. The master bathroom en suite bath, with dual sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and a separate garden tub completes this top floor Oasis.

Moving down to the 2nd level you will find a quiet sitting area perfect for reading or checking on your social media. Both queen bedrooms have their own entrance to the 2nd floor balconies. There is additional seating to enjoy the wonderful views of the area. There are flat screens in queen rooms with ample storage. The kids will love the bunk room to hang out. There is a full bath on this level with dual sinks and a tub and shower combo.

The main floor, in addition to the large open living area with a 65" T.V. large dining and Chef Kitchen there is a full bath & full size washer and dryer to accommodate all those beach towels.

Besides the many balconies to enjoy there is also a spacious outside deck equipped with an outdoor sofa, table and chairs . This is the perfect gathering spot to complete the day and enjoy a meal from the barbie. In addition, there is an outside shower to help wash off the sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Village at Blue Mountain Beach along 30 A offers : world-class dining, entertainment, shopping and a local intuition. Guests will love the convenience of Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, perfect for an evening stroll and after dinner treat, or fresh coffee and donuts in the morning! This is a very quiet and private neighborhood with its own fitness center, pool, cabana and three recreational courts just around the block from the home. This house provides privacy for your family and guests, but is part of the greater Blue Mountain community and is conveniently located near excellent dining, such as; Great Southern Cafe in Seaside, Chanticleer Eatery in Grayton Beach, Stinky's Fish Camp in Dune Allen, and Fish out of Water in Watercolor, as well as funky dining with great jazz at The Red Bar in Grayton Beach . If something more causal is your liking, plan on visiting the plethora of food trucks lining 30A in Seaside. The home is also near Gulf Place which offers great shops, outdoor dining at highly rated, Pizza by the Sea, The Perfect Pig and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar.

Not rested

It was very annoying that you had to drive around 30a to get in. Only one way in. And this property is on the exit side. The mattresses were not comfortable. Motel 8 has better pillows. The stove works but pans are for a that stove. So some made it turn off. Micro wave is picky! No propane when I needed one bike has broken chain. All bikes are old and clunky. Brakes don’t work properly. Ac units are very loud. Pool has many rules and yet other didn’t care to follow. No noice at 9 pm is good but there was a dog barking till 12. The instructions are very meme in g, and not friendly. If you don’t want to rent your house, get it off the market! Lastly. The house sways as ppl go up the stairs. Not enough towels. Yacuzzy never turned on. Positives. Loved the balcony. Very cozy. Not big place but great to be together! Not to far for a walk to the beach and great little set up for a backyard get together. Comfy couch to lounge. Didn’t open to sleep in, but later on it to rest. Large dining table but not enough chairs. Will prob skip this rental next year.

Great time. Runner rug in living room/ dining area was slippery, so we rolled up during our stay and replaced when leaving. Used all 4 of the bikes. They were the easiest way to the beach and back.

Lots of Room for Everyone

There was plenty of room for everyone in our family of nine to spread out in this house. There were no issues of being crowded or not having enough privacy. The community the house is in is gated, clean and well-kept. The property and community are located a short car ride to the grocery story which was good for preparing our own meals. The house was not **really** within a comfortable walking distance to the public access beach. Not ideal if you have to carry anything with you. If you have kids, you know that a daily trip to the beach is like packing for a whole other trip in, and of itself. I'd suggest a golf cart. We used Destin 30A Golf Cart Rentals. They were great! Their price was the best we found and they delivered and picked up from the house. There are also bikes at the house, which our teenagers used but again . . . with beach toys and coolers, bikes aren't practical. It is what it is. There is a pool within the gated community. It was an easy three minute walk to the house. The pool was nice and spacious but closed at 7:15 pm which is not ideal on summer nights. We like to chill by the pool after dinner on our beach trips and this wasn't an option here. In summary, the house itself was fantastic. It was clean and spacious. The location left just a little bit to be desired as it was within a short golf cart ride to the beach rather than a walk and the pool situation was not ideal but we were able to comfortably stay together under one roof!

The Village “No Worries” House

Great, well maintained property in a gated community! Even better than pictures. House comes with 4 bicycles which were very fun to use. Community pool within walking distance. Plenty of space across the 3 floors for family to be spread out. Close to ice cream, restaurants, and the Blue Mountain Public Beach Access (3 minute drive or 10-13 minute walk). Short drive to Seaside, Grayton, Santa Rosa. Great communication with property management and no issues during our stay.

Relaxing Spring Break

Family stay for a relaxing spring break. The house was perfect for our 3 children ages 15-19 and 2 friends. Plenty of space. Well thought out floor plan. Great kitchen and living area for the group. Short walk to the beach and Blue Mountain “Strip”. Blue mountain is much less hectic than Destin and Panama City which is what we wanted. Would stay at No Worries again.

Spacious and clean beach home

The property was spacious and well-maintained, offering our family privacy across its three floors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and returning to the house after a long day at the beach was a highlight. One suggestion for improvement would be to include a golf cart for easy transportation to and from the beach, as well as for exploring the charming town. Would stay again!

Great stay

Great stay overall! Too far to walk to the beach. We drove the few blocks with all of our beach stuff. Private beach better…not as busy. Second floor bedrooms were not queen size beds.

4th of July Trip to 30A

The property was as advertised, and very spacious for our family of 8 to spread out. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and balconies in the evening. It is a short bike or golf cart ride (we rented one) to the beach, and not a terrible walk if you are looking to get some exercise. There is a good amount of parking at the BMB access if you want to drive your stuff to setup.

Beach in Fla..But, disappointing

Home is lovely. Most of my issues with this vacation are not the property’s problem. Just my lack of knowledge of the area. Grandparents took the king suite…very nice..but those steps were killer to 60 year olds that set at a desk every day. Dryer did not work very well. Took forever to dry towels. Bugs. Bugs. Bugs. I know it’s Florida and critters go with the territory but they were pretty bad. They were everywhere! Double red flags at beach every single day we were there. Leaving us scrambling for things to do. And there didn’t seem to be much for the littles to do close to the area. The pool was nice. But bracelets and a key card required. Threat of $100 fine per bracelet if lost! No one checked that we were wearing bracelets and they only gave us 1 keycard. So if one in the group wanted to leave someone had to go to gate with them because you could only get in and out with the keycard. Check in was 4. No exceptions. However I did call at 3 and they called me back and said we could go on in house. So that was nice. I had 2 issues that I needed to talk to the managers. Both times it was difficult to get ahold of someone. The last time we had an emergency maintenance issue at 10 PM. Called several times and could not get any answer. I also tried to email but it would not go thru on the app. Finally reached someone the next morning. Weather sucked. Storms. Rain. NOT walking distance to beach. Bike maybe if young family but walk is a bit much.

A little getaway

Had a couple minor issues, but the property manager himself came to address them. They were super easy to contact, super quick in their response, super nice and very thorough- will definitely be using this group again in the future

Beautiful house!

We had 5 adults and 3 kids, 14, 10, & 6. We had a great time. The house was wonderful. First thing arriving was riding bikes to the beach. A few minor issues which were corrected immediately. Response to emails were immediate, even on Sunday! Highly recommend. It was a short 1/2 mile drive and bike ride to the beach. Only thing I would suggest would be baskets on the bikes, but very few I saw had a basket. It would still be nice!

Excellent Choice

We have stayed many places in Blue Mountain Beach and this ranks up at the top. There were only a couple of inconveniences. You are not allowed to have people come and visit you. We had extended family staying one street from us and they could not even come over for a visit. Going back they do tell you it is a strict policy. You can also only use one gate and our house was beside the one only residents could use.

The outside grill had not been cleaned and the grease can had not been emptied causing a dangerous situation with flames, thus we chose not to use it at all. Other than that we will definitely consider staying here again in the future !!!! Thanks to the owners sharing such a lovely place at the beach !

Cozy Beach Home

Everything exceeded all expectations! We were looking for a quick getaway and happened upon this gem! We were blown away with EVERYTHING! The upstairs studio space was so perfect, and we didn’t want to leave! The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and they even had bikes and a wagon to make a fun easy commute to the beach! We will be back!

Home away from home

The first thing that stood out to us at the property was the artwork! It was so colorful and helped set the vibe for a fun vacation! The property managers were so helpful from bikes to baby gates! And let’s talk about the vibe at the upstairs bar a NEON sign! I made a cocktail every evening! I can’t wait to revisit this hidden gem!
