" Sea Shell Cottage" is the perfect getaway for 2 or the family for a wonderful beach vacation. This is adorable cottage is located within The Village at Blue Mountain Beach, a private gated community.

ABOUT THE HOME: Conveniently located in the Village at Blue Mountain Beach , this bright and airy cottage is the perfect spot for your family or friends! If you’re searching for the perfect getaway on the beaches of 30A, this is it! Sea Shell Cottage is a beautifully furnished, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a dining nook that seats 6, and plenty of space to entertain your family and friends.

ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is one of the 30A coastal communities that sits in between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. The Blue Mountain community is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking paths, biking trails and many family adventures await you.

BEACH ACCESS: About a 3-block walk to Blue Mountain Regional Access (has showers and restrooms). There is a lifeguard station, some parking, coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

Must be 25yrs or older to rent; we have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25yrs.

• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Sea Shell Cottage did not let us down
Location and proximity to the beach access is 0.5 miles and having the golf cart made the experience A+. We never had an issue Finding a parking spot for the golf cart. The beds in the house were very comfortable. The bunk room beds are oversized and perfect for our children. We also made use of the pool and the fitness gym. Equipment works and is very clean. When we return to 30-A and this house is available, we will be renting again.

I can’t say more good things about this property! The house is absolutely adorable, clean, all the extras we could want and need and even some we didn’t expect. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom which was a huge plus since I forgot mine. I stayed with 4 of my girlfriends for a girls trip and it couldn’t have been more accommodating. The beds were super comfortable, plenty of dishes, silverware, Glassware etc. more than your typical beach rental. The neighborhood was so beautiful, quiet, and friendly, and the golf cart was so awesome to take to the beach, dinner, and shopping. Truly couldn’t ask for more and will definitely be booming again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our family loved everything about this home! From the porch swing, comfy beds and golf cart, it has it all. The location is close to the beach and ice cream shop which was a huge plus. We would happily stay here again.

Cute house with golf cart. A little too far to beach for us with young children- bonus that there is a golf cart but unfortunately limited beach parking so have to drive around for a long time to find a spot or have someone drop off everyone and then go back. Property manager allowed us to check in early which was helpful.

Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed our time at this adorable vacation home. Favorite was of course the beach, also loved the large TV room with very comfortable couches, and the beds are super comfortable! The golf cart was a treat, so nice to take it to dinner each evening!
