Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on one of two balconies. Relax in this beautifully decorated 1,450 sq feet sprawling 3-story condo. The open, bright 1st level features a kitchen, dining area, 70' smart TV and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs and the separate laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, for your convenience. Upstairs features the master suite with a king size bed, a 50' TV, a private balcony. Double bathroom vanity and spa shower. The guest bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably with queen and a twin bunk bed. 50" TV. 1 car garage and driveway. Plenty of parking and storage. Parking passes and beach passes are required.
Relax and enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast just steps away. Enjoy SUP, swimming, kayaking, fishing, and more. Walk, bike or drive to shopping, and restaurants in both directions. Always seasonal festivities in Seaside or nearby Destin, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Watersound, Inlet Beach, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach.
