Palms of Seagrove is a private condo community on the south side of 30A and in the heart of Seagrove Beach. It features a community pool and private beach access. Shore to Please is a 10-minute bike ride to Seaside Town Square!
Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.
Parking:
Parking for 1 vehicle in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
If you rent a golf cart, the golf cart must be gas-powered and will take up your 1 allocated parking space.
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Each guest is given a unique door code that will work for the duration of their stay.

The Palms of Seagrove is centrally located in Seagrove right on 30A with easy and private beach access. Take walks along the beach, ride your bike or walk to local restaurants, shopping, or Seaside along the 18.5 miles of paved dedicated paths along 30A.
