Welcome to, "Saltwater Song," a beautifully updated townhome located in Seagrove Beach, and right off of 30A! This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is family-friendly, and has plenty of space both inside, and out for your family to enjoy!

Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen This includes bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

As if the beautiful home and beach credit weren't already enough, "Saltwater Song," also comes with a FREE golf cart for use during your stay!! This 6-seater golf cart is street-legal, and can be used for getting to and from the beach, or just to cruise up and down while exploring all the 30A area has to offer. The townhome is also located just minutes from some of 30A's most popular restaurants and shops like Coastal Dune Co, Old Florida Fish House, Beachy Bean Coffee, and 30A Trading Co.

When staying at "Saltwater Song," your family will enjoy using beach access that not only shows off the gorgeous white sand, and blue/green waters of the Emerald Coast, but also boasts its' rare, but beautiful, coastal dune lake. During your trips to the beach, you may even be lucky enough to see the lake outfall into the gulf! When the lake runs into the gulf you, and the kids can enjoy splashing around in both the lake and the gulf at the same time!!

Eastern Lake Beach access is only a 2-minute bike ride, 2-minute golf cart ride, or 8-minute walk from the home.

Also in walking distance to the home are a couple of small shops, and Steamboat Bar and Grill, which is a very casual and laid back local favorite.

My teenage daughters and I as well as my sister and her daughter (5 of us total) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhome was beautiful, perfect, clean and had everything we needed. The photos and description were both accurate! The beach was a little distance away, but with the golf cart, it was easy & quick to get to. We mostly visited several businesses/restaurants in Seagrove & Seaside and both were super easy to get to as well. I’d certainly recommend the townhome to friends!

Location was great. Beds great. Golf cart was a must have and worked out great. However you need to be prepared to bring all spices including salt and pepper and oil and coffee pods and sugar and extra toilet paper and paper towels and tissues. They tell you in the description some of this but just be prepared! They did not have any dish rag or sponge.

This unit was amazing!! Everything was nice and very clean. The floors were immaculate!! We loved the upstairs kitchen and living area, my family and I hung out there a lot. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathrooms were very clean. We also loved sitting on the balcony, the patio furniture was nice outback as well. The highlight of the trip was the pool and the golf cart which we utilized a lot. Overall the house was amazing!! We're already planning another trip for our birthdays, definitely going to stay here again really soon.

We had a wonderful week. The accommodations were comfortable and quiet. The townhome was perfect for our family of four. It was well equipped with plenty of dishes and every other item you might need for your stay. The location was ideal between the Big Chill and Seacrest. It was an easy trip to the ocean. All the extras were wonderful, the golf cart, bikes and fire pit! My applause to Management they were great with communication, it was an easy check in and they went above and beyond providing us with bike locks. We would gladly stay here on our next vacation! A big thanks for making our home away from home awesome.

My family and I stayed at Saltwater Song July 1st-8th. We had an amazing time! The house was perfect and we loved having the golf cart! If you have a change definitely go to the Eastern Lake Beach Access. You have to wade across to get to the beach but it’s well worth it! We really enjoyed having the primary room upstairs away from the kiddos and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee. The house was clean and well stocked with “starters”. It’s location is close to restaurants and a short drive to go carts and zip lining. The skeet ball on the garage was a nice plus and we all had fun playing. Can’t say enough great things about the house! Kathy from Itrip was amazing and sent a welcoming text when we arrived. A nice touch. We didn’t have any issues while staying there. Unfortunately for me, my husband forgot his carryon on the house and we didn’t realize until we were already at the airport. Kathy was quick to respond and the cleaning crew found the bag and turned it on. Kathy then took it to UPS to have it shipped to us. WOW! Talk about amazing customer service. We’ll only book with Itrip from now on!

The condo was nice and somewhat updated. I did have to call upon arrival and ask for housekeeping to come back. The floors, bathrooms and garage area/ golf cart were not cleaned. I later noticed the stovetop was extremely dirty and The cart and garage were covered in sand. Also…. The dining table is way too big for the room, so we had to take chairs out to be able to get around the table and not much seating in the living area. The golf cart is nice to take over to the beach, because it is not walkable with kids and beach chairs. Note: the parking at public beach access is terrible! There are 4 spots and you will not get one unless you’re there at 7 a.m. . The parking area at the condo is very very small and at a dead/landscaping curb and making it difficult to maneuver your car. The pool area had not been attended to in a few days. There were clothes, food, cans and chairs all over the patio. I’m not one to leave reviews, but this place needs management to come in after cleaning.

Over all my family loved the house but it was dirty upon arrival. My kids liked the top of the slide bunk, but it was very sandy and if you walked around for five minutes the bottom of your feet were black. Overall, the house was a three out of five because the golf cart had an outdated license plate and my husband was having to deal with the police multiple times and we received a warning notice. The bathroom downstairs had broken lightbulb and was very dirty and the grill didn’t even work which ruined our barbecue night. Many pieces of furniture had stains, including the couch. Thought the house was very fun, but I was sad to be disappointed as we have been coming to 30-A for over 10 years. We liked the location and the ski ball machine. We did enjoy the golf cart and the management team was attentive to our concerns and offered a credit for one nights stay. I think the owners should invest in new furniture and the management team needs a better cleaning company. The owners needs to be on top of their golf cart registration and if it’s not updated, do NOT include in the rental! I have never written a negative review on VRBO but need to be honest regarding our stay. I hope they make improvements because it’s a cute condo and great location!

We absolutely loved Saltwater Song. The townhome was beautifully decorated and very spacious and has all the things we needed. Upon arrival I would say that the cleaning crew needs to pay closer attention to certain areas. For instance, under the bunk beds we found quite a bit of trash and left over toys. The main draw for us to rent this property was the golf cart. We have been coming to 30A for over 10 years so we know the value of having a golf cart. We checked in on Saturday and instantly used the golf cart. On Tuesday night we were driving from Seagrove into Seaside and the cart just died right in the middle of the road. We called the number and text and after about 30 minutes we received a response. We pushed the cart onto a property and left it for the night while we started walking over a mile back to where we had some friends at to give us a ride back to the townhome. The following day maintenance determined a part for the cart would have to be ordered and we would not have the golf cart the rest of our trip - we were not leaving until Saturday. That same afternoon we received a phone call that we would be reimbursed for some of the golf cart fees since it was no longer available to us. We were pleased with this and very grateful. We made due without the golf cart for the remainder of our vacation. Had I received the reimbursement or a valid response as of today, I would have give this property a 5 star review. But seeing that I can no longer seem to get a response from anyone and no one can tell me if or when we will receive any sort of compensation, my review is lower.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It was about an 8 minute walk to the beach or about 2 minute via golf cart ride. We LOVED the golf cart, it was perfect for getting around! The house itself is fully equipped with all the cooking appliances and dishes that you could want (instapot, crockpot, Keurig, Tupperware, skillets, plastic kid plates and cups, glass plates and cups, mixing bowls, toaster, etc). Very nice kitchen and master bedroom! We enjoyed the ski ball machine as well, great entertainment for the kids. The location was great, it is 2.5 miles from the heart of seaside. And less than a mile away from food, ice cream, and shops. Would definitely stay again! And great customer service, I received a quick response with any concerns that I had.
