This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, and tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

"Constant Getaway," is only a short walk to 30A's newest beach access, and just around the corner from the community pool!

Upon entering the beautifully decorated open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, you will notice there is more than enough seating to accommodate everyone in your group! The family room features a comfortable couch that pulls out to a clean queen sleeper sofa and 2 more comfortable chairs for family movie night. The dining area features a farmhouse-style table with seating for 6 people, and there are additionally 3 stools at the kitchen island. This brand-new kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay, as well as beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. On this first level of the home, you will find the first of the home's large master suites, as well as an outdoor entertainment area where you can lounge or dine! The outdoor living area features a comfortable sectional, a large flat screen tv, and a dining table with seating for 6 guests. The home's back patio is covered and backs up to a wooded area, so you can spend your mornings or evenings relaxing in the peaceful surroundings and enjoying the gorgeous weather of the area. Also on this level of the home, you will find a half bath and laundry room for your added convenience.

The second level of the home features the home's second master suite, complete with a king bed, and a beautiful en suite with a large walk-in shower. Also on this level of the home, you will find a set of hallway twin-over-twin bunk beds, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a bunk room with twin-over-twin bunks, and a full bathroom for the guests in these rooms to share.

Thanksgiving home away from home

We had a wonderful week @ Constant Get Away!!! It became our home away from home for the week of Thanksgiving ,,when we walked in the door we immediately felt at home!! Had everything you needed and more!! We sat out back with a fire every night it was so peaceful. Of course, we stopped in at Stinky's Fish Camp daily! The neighborhood was quiet, easy peasy access to the beach by golf cart or a bike ride even walked a couple of times. Beds were very comfy. House was very clean. We will definitely be booking here again the location is perfect for whatever you want to do,,,take walks, ride bikes, shop, if you're a foody there are tons of great places to try along 30A

Constant 30a

Constant Getaway is a beautiful vacation retreat. This home is a short walk from the enchanting beaches of Santa Rosa. Our family enjoyed the outdoor living space that included a relaxing patio setup with a new grill and fire ring. The indoor space has been well maintained with lots of space to cook and hang out. The pool located right around the corner was a great option for our children when we were not at the beach. Constant Retreat is located near well-known local and national restaurants, shopping malls (large and small), and coffee shops. It's very family friendly and is nestled in a quiet spot near a nature reserve. It is also close enough to the Destin area that you could enjoy larger attractions there. We plan to return to this rental next year.

Review of Constant Getaway

Our recent stay at the Constant Getaway was quite pleasant. The only thing negative about the stay was that it was for only one night. We weren't able to enjoy the amount of amenities that the house offered. The house was off the beaten path but was convenient to the beach and the numerous activities and restaurants the area offered. The bedrooms were appointed well and the bathrooms were large and spotless. We felt we were the first persons in a new house. Loved the size and furnishing of the back porch . What a great escape! The use of a golf cart was very convenient. We look forward to coming back for a week this coming summer or fall and bring the whole family.

Beautiful home for large family getaway!

I typically don’t leave reviews, but after seeing previous posts—I felt compelled to write something as we had an incredible experience. First of all there is ample space to vacation with a larger group—we had a group of 10 people. I had the pleasure of meeting with the new owners that took over ownership that summer. In talking with them, they made it clear that they were looking at reviews from when the previous owners had it and were committed to making changes to make this a “cool” place to stay during your summer vacation. We couldn’t be happier with our stay—we had zero issues with the AC! The golf cart is an added perk, it makes it so easy to go to the pool close by as well as the beach (short ride). There are several places to shop and eat that are very close to this housing community. I would certainly recommend this place to my friends and family and plan on going back again soon!

Location, location, location!!

Wow!!! We did alot of research before choosing our family vacation rental home and boy did it pay off!!! Constant Getaway was perfect for our crew! We had a multi-family vacation and this home was exactly what our families needed! Plenty of private accommodations for kids and adults! It was clean, spacious and offered all of the luxuries of home! Grocery was close by, the neighborhood was perfect for walks and kids to ride their bikes, the golf cart afforded us a nice, quick, easy trip to the beach access (which is directly across the street from the development!...location, location, location!), and Stinky's on the corner was awfully convenient for those tropical frozen adult beverages which are a must for a beach vacation! This stretch of 30A is a quaint, quiet, exquisite stretch of beach! And not too touristy! Plenty of great places to eat out if you don't want to cook at home...but a nice cook out on the back patio with the firepit was our favorite place to eat! We cannot wait to go back to Constant Getaway!!

Family Beach Vacation

We had a great time at the Dune Allen Beach property and appreciate that they were able to make a last minute vacation commitment since our prior rental cancelled at last minute. The property was as advertised. We did have some complication first night as the upstairs A/C did not work and the upstairs master bedroom lights/outlets kept blowing the breaker. Hopefully that is resolved soon as it greatly impacted ability to use TV and bathroom lights at same time. The downstairs master bathroom shower leaks water to floor, upstairs and downstairs master bath stoppers do not hold water. Upper master bedroom was missing door handle. Suggest that kitchen be better equipped with towels and basic (salt/pepper) spices, more diswashing liquid. Suggest more hooks/racks be added for outside swimsuit and towel drying.

Renters beware-Non functioning AC

We recently rented this property to vacation at Santa Rosa beach, FL. Here are the details: Pros: -Location. Very close to the beach entrance and parking for the golf cart was never an issue -kitchen was well stocked Cons: -this property has been having AC issues since July 2021, by seen on previous customer reviews-we read but assumed the situation would have been addressed a year later. We arrived for our week vacation and the house was at 82 degrees. We reported the issue. First response by management company was “it is very hot in FL and the units are doing as much as they can….” First night we had to go to Walmart and buy 4 fans as the temperature inside the house was unbearable. Three different techs came out in the first 2 days and none could fix the unit (the house has a split system for AC), one tech even mentioned he reported a month ago the unit was “going out” and they never replaced and continued to rent the house this way. On day 2 of our stay they presented us with 3 options: 1: change to another unit which they then said none was available 2: refund our money and we had to leave right away 3: they could provide 2 portable AC units Three families drove 14 hours to ge to this vacation and of course, we couldn’t just leave-to go where exactly? Management provided 2 portable AC units for upstairs which could not be used consistently because they kept tripping the breaker, leaving us even without fans and in temperatures of 80 degrees and above every single night. Oh, and also no screens on windows so we couldn’t even open to try to get some fresh air/also safety concern on the second floor. -there are bathroom leaks in one of the upstairs bathrooms and in the master bathroom downstairs-huge tripping hazard. Reported and ignored. We were a group of 11, with older family members, 2 with severe disabilities. We asked for a partial refund due to these major inconveniences and no one even bothered to contact us to discuss, instead they probably reviewed me negatively as a customer, as I received email from VRBO saying they have reviewed me as a renter. We are avid renters and have never complained or put negative reviews for anyone before, but I believe AC/heater when needed are basic needs for any house, especially one you are renting out to others. Think twice before renting this unit, at least not until these issues are fixed. Beware of this property and iTrip vacation rental company.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay was just perfect. The location of the home is ideal - right around the corner from the community pool, and 4 minutes from the beach in the golf cart. The house is situated toward the back of the neighborhood so it is very quiet and private. Beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, furniture, etc… close to shops and great restaurants - highly recommend Stinky’s!

Perfect location

We stayed in this beautiful property we were a little worried based on the last reviews of the air conditioning not working but it was working just fine during our stay. They had everything we needed and more. Will stay here again!
