Get ready for an incredible vacay at The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach C201. This magnificent Gulf-front condo, located in a private gated community, is in the perfect location right on 30A! Take in coastal breezes, enjoy strolls along the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico, and watch gorgeous sunsets as each day comes to a close. It really doesn’t get much better!

The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach C201 is a stunning villa with three bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to eight. New furnishings and luxurious finishes only enhance the gorgeous open-concept living/dining area bathed in colors of the sand and sea. Prepare meals for a crowd in the newly upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy snacks or a board game at the breakfast bar or the dining table with seating for eight. The living room is perfect for a movie night with a 60” HD led flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray player, and DVR with internet connectivity. Take in fantastic views of the Gulf from the spacious, private balcony, readily accessible from the living area. When the day is done, retire to the master suite with a king-sized bed and adjoining dressing area complete with an en suite bath with a jetted tub. A second suite houses a king-sized bed, while the third suite features two queen-sized beds. You’ll find new, upgraded 32” LCD flat-screen TVs with DVD players in all three bedrooms.

A great place to start your adventures is Gulf Place, located right across the street. Filled with galleries, shops, and restaurants, you can spend hours browsing and taking in the scenery. Bicycle rental is available with free delivery to the condo, so get out and explore via the Timpoochee Trail, a beautiful 19-mile paved path that passes through the towns on 30A!

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Please note: There is $10/missing wristband charge if all are not returned to property. Beach service is offered through 30A Shade, reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.

The fireplace is not in use for guests.

We were disappointed in the cleanliness (especially given the price of this condo) as the majority of soft surfaces and furniture were in rough shape. We didn’t feel comfortable walking inside the condo without shoes. Lots of scuffs and paint chips throughout the condo that clearly haven’t been touched in years.

Property is in the best location. Phenomenal beach is literally just steps away. Condo is very spacious and decorated well. Some of the furniture was a little beat up but that was a minor thing compared to how nice the place is.

Wonderful place for a vacation experience

This property exceeded our expectations with its prime beachfront location and seamless vacation experience. The "right on the beach" description was absolutely accurate – we could step out and be on the sand within moments, making it incredibly convenient for beach days with the family.The location struck the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. While we enjoyed peaceful mornings and evenings thanks to respectful, quiet neighbors, we were never far from great dining and shopping options. The View You Dream

Great unit with a dream view. A penthouse cruise ship view with the space of a home. You will think you are at sea until you walk to the balcony and see the sand. Beautiful primary suite and spacious living areas. Host was very well organized and communicated well. We definitely will be back!

Location, location, location

Fantastic location on 30A with gorgeous view. Unit is a bit tired but well equipped. Some gentle suggestions: A new welcome mat would make a better first impression. Lovely soaking tub in Master bath but no apparent stopper. Pillows and slip covers in living room could be replaced. Otherwise, a perfect location near several excellent restaurants.

New Years Getaway

We loved the condo! Spacious, well decorated and comfortable. The view and location were excellent and we would stay at this unit again. There were a few minor issues and maintenance was prompt and friendly. My only suggestion is that they include more written instructions in the unit (for using TV, hurricane door, etc.) but otherwise it was wonderful!

Lovely - in the heart of Santa Rosa

This condo worked really well for a girls weekend of 5. Comfy bedrooms - each w en suite. Wish the place has a hot tub! Beach view and access was great as was proximity to restaurants and shopping which was across the street! Enjoyed seaside wine festival too! Would have been nice if condo had been stocked w at least Kuerig coffee and beach towels or chairs- if you fly in hard to enjoy beach w/put any beach stuff. Overall great- I will say the gates to get in and gate to beach were a little difficult w multiple codes.

Beautiful beach getaway

Property was walking distance to many shops and good places to eat-so easy to check in and out-beautiful condo with a great view-pool is shaded which is nice in the hot summer to come up from the beach and have the kids swim in the shade for a bit. Communication was excellent!

Overall great stay-couple unresolved things...

This place was great! We had an amazing vacation. So many extras we weren’t expecting (side rails and fans provided for secondary rooms, Netflix and Disney +). The place was so clean except for a handful of various sized hairs in the master bed. Luckily the laundry room was the perfect way to ensure we could relax and get a good night of sleep after that discovery. Our biggest concern/complaint was the fact we were given the wrong gate code to get to the beach. One day I stood for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come through the gate so I could get back to the beach. We alerted the company and never received a response. We also read complimentary beach chairs were set up daily for us. The 30A beach chair company said the new owners of this property didn’t include for 2021. Again, no response from the rental company when we provided that information during our stay and asked them to correct for is. Luckily we brought our own chairs and hauled to the beach daily since there was false advertising about the chairs. The communication with the rental company was good until we gave that info, then we never heard from them again!

Perfect 20th Anniversary Trip!

My husband and I just got back from a week at this fantastic property for our 20th anniversary. The location can't be beat - all the benefits of 30A without all the density of Seaside and Rosemary Beach. It's across the street from Sunrise Coffee and kitty corner from Shunk Gulley, two of our favorites. The property was spotless, well decorated, the furniture was well laid-out, and there was a fireplace! That was a must for us for a wintertime trip. We don't really have any complaints - there were two exterior lights out on the 2nd floor landing (kinda dangerous at night) which the property management promptly had replaced. We're already talking about when we can come back again, if we can stomach the higher-season rates!
