This expansive retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests – 6 in the main house and an additional 2 in the detached carriage house. GOLF CART NOTICE: This property includes a golf cart managed by a third-party provider, 30A Gulf Carts. To utilize the cart, guests are required to:

Sign a separate liability waiver directly with 30A Gulf Carts.

Provide a valid credit card for incidental coverage.

Pay a non-refundable $30 handling fee. Detailed instructions for activation will be sent after booking.



House Rules:

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
