Plus, the primary suite offers its lucky guests the chance to unwind in the serenity of the oversized bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub.  A tiled living area with carpet in each bedroom provides comfort to your sun and sand soaked toes. There is a fourth bedroom which provides a bunk area with a curtain for privacy, perfect for the kids. And nothing compares to 201's location overlooking the pool and spa, a spectacular fountain and of course the glistening emerald waters.

Set in a quiet location along 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, San Remo enjoys the timeless beauty of untouched beaches, a lake and fountain, and a sunny pool deck and hot tub. Simply step out the patio doors and the warm Florida sunshine will greet you and lead you into sun-kissed memories on the shores of their designated beach providing Free Seasonal Beach Service. However, just out the front door and about a ten minute walk to the west you’ll find yourself at Gulfplace. Succulent seafood restaurants, upscale boutiques, Miss Lucille’s coffee shop, bike rentals, and a general store are among the local offerings to top off your beach vacation at San Remo.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area.  Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
