Bedroom

The first level has a large kitchen open to the living and dining room.

Layout:
•There are two bedrooms on each floor.
• Each floor has a Master bedroom w/ a large lounge deck to enjoy your coffee or wine that faces the Gulf!
• Each bedroom has a full bath for maximum privacy.
• There is a half bath and a laundry room right off the kitchen.
• Seating for 8 at the dining table, and 3 chairs at the breakfast bar so you can all enjoy meals together.

• You can also sit outside the living room on a deck overlooking the pool, steps
from the door!

Parking
• Covered lighted parking for two vehicles and a golf cart (although many people do not feel the need to get one due to proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
• Additional parking is available in the rear of the beach house, which is rare for this close to the beach.

This four-bedroom townhome is located in Santa Rosa Beach, right off Scenic 30A and just a 5-minute walk from the white beach and glistening gulf. This awesome location also places you close to Gulf Place, which features restaurants, cafes, bistros, and specialty shops, Excellent dining establishments are also close by.

You may have a hard time leaving this wonderful abode since the home has a host of amenities that encourage leisurely lounging. There are two sparkling swimming pools (one directly in front of the door) to choose from, with spacious patios where you may soak up the golden rays of the sun. The hot tub provides soothing relaxation for your family and/or friends. You may want to have a game of tennis or sand volleyball. After all this exercise, you're sure to be hungry, and you'll be happy to know that barbecue grills are available so that you may enjoy a poolside cookout.

This residence, which has recently undergone major upgrades to its windows, siding, decks, and exterior lighting, features three distinct living levels. The second level includes two bedrooms, while the third level offers an additional two bedrooms. Due to the multi-level design, the home contains multiple staircases.
